Well, in general, the hotel requires global renovation. At the same time, I’ll give it our due, after the scandal at the bar, we were already greeted everywhere with the right alcohol and made sure that we weren’t served bullshit.
There are also positive news: upon arrival at the hotel, you are assigned an assistant who is in touch in the WhatsApp group and solves all your problems, and even reserves an Alya Card. The issue regarding the habalka was never resolved and left a very unpleasant aftertaste! In conclusion, I note that the popularity of the hotel is growing and so is the price tag. It gets more expensive every year.

It is possible to live in two main houses. buildings: in the building closer to the 16+ zone, to the family zone. otd. with kids; in a bungalow near the water park; in block A behind the main buildings overlooking the green part of the hotel and near the pool; in block B near the reception; in the villas. Every can choose what he likes.
In fact, we lived in a standard room with a sea view at 1420 closer to the 16+ zone. Large balcony, with the opportunity to sit on chairs and look at the beautiful sea or sunset. The room has everything for a comfortable pastime: replenishment of the mini-bar once a day, a set for making tea and coffee, cosmetics (gel, shampoo, conditioner, balm, washcloth, toothbrush and paste, comb, nail file, cotton pads, hat For shower). The water park is good, the children liked it, only the joints are very felt on the middle slides ((, you can scratch, including it's time for them to "upgrade". The children's mini-Water Park is heated, the water is warmer than anywhere else. We went to The Land of legend , so the children said that it would be better if they didn’t go, because we have our own water park in the hotel cool! )) . An excellent Mini-club, the kids are looked after and entertained, who needs to be left for some time under supervision. But this is not very important for us) There were always enough sun loungers everywhere.
From what I didn’t like: the work of waiters in the main restaurant - I would like the tables to be more thoroughly wiped after each guest and they were somehow forgetful and wrapped up, sometimes you had to wait a long time for drinks, in the end it was easier to go to the main distribution to the bartender yourself . And it’s a pity that due to quarantine restrictions the animation didn’t work at full capacity, the bowling alley, the room with table entertainment, the “hole” in the kids club were closed (for these minuses I’ll take off one star).

We managed to visit 4 a la carte restaurants: Mexican, Chinese, fish and Turkish kebbab, thanks to the girl from the reception Mahabat, who kindly helped us make restaurant reservations. The cuisine is exceptional, many thanks to the team of chefs! The waiters are so professional that we did not have time to think, they brought us something. During the day, freshly squeezed fresh juice and ice cream. The food in the main restaurant is very varied and tasty, it didn’t bother that the dishes are behind glass, you serve a plate and everything is put in sufficient quantities. In the bars they made such cocktails that we will remember for a long time! Special thanks to the bartenders on the pier!

We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 in the morning, met the dawn incredibly beautifully, had breakfast, and at 9 in the morning we were settled in the main building, the daughter and her family were accommodated on the same floor, but in the other wing. The room was clean, everything you needed was there... the balcony was washed and dusted off and on this the cleaning on the balcony throughout such a long stay was over. I left presents - it's useless . . we didn't see the dust and that's it.
It seems to be not bad: a beautiful view from the window, birds singing in the morning, the kitchen is good, there are tasty treats for every taste... I fell in love with the vitamin bar, sunbathed only on the pier, there was no exhausting heat yet, many swam in the sea, the water is excellent... the animation is decent, the internet is not very good. For some reason they took mugs from the room, I still can’t understand, I had to call the reception... While the children were with us, it seemed to be not bad, but when they left, the remaining 12 days were tiresome: a lot, a lot of noise. . . it's impossible to get through in the evening - like in the subway at rush hour, a lot of noise from the neighboring hotel. . . I highly appreciate the work of the waiters - well done, and thank you to all of them. . . I liked the cocktails - I took non-alcoholic , fruits are delicious. . . It's scary to imagine what is in the hotel now and how the staff is coping
The hotel left nothing in my heart, and that's bad. I won’t blame anyone, but this is not our hotel... Even with children there is a lot of noise and confusion... I still sadly remember my beloved Barut Lara... it was truly a rest, calm, measured... But I will single out one plus - during the rest we bought ourselves an apartment in Alanya... I do not advise couples without children to come here - I have nothing more to say, a mediocre hotel with inflated self-esteem and price.
