I arrived with a child of 4 years old at the hotel at night at 2.30 local time. They politely explained that check-in was only after 12 noon, there were no free rooms !! , they offered us to wait at the tables at the reception (it is located under the open sky). My child is asthmatic, when I gave him a dose of an inhaler, the driver of the car noticed this... he approached the manager himself and immediately found a place for us. Settled . . in a room on the street where the shops are located, and in the evenings live music rumbles. But this is a disaster!!!
The room is small, but it is unlikely that we were settled in a more spacious one, because. I was with a small child.
The plumbing leaves much to be desired. It was practically impossible to use the shower . . it was dripping onto the floor from under the tile... moreover... as you switch to "shower" - the water turns from warm to icy... it got out of position - it was rinsed with a plastic beer cup, otherwise - no way! A foot towel had to be used instead of a rag to collect water. Very damp. In the shower - mold and fungus, which no one has ever processed. At my request to relocate (asthmatics are not allowed, it can provoke an attack) - they refused to change my room, but they didn’t clean it as it should be! In the sink for washing, the water flowed very badly... while I washed my face and brushed my teeth, I stopped the water three times so that it could pass into the drain - the pressure was not great, I would say - weak.

Room cleaning is a separate song... they cleaned it after 3-4 pm, several times there was an attempt to leave us without shampoo and body gel... like the maid forgot to leave. Contacted the receptionist. The first time they brought shampoo - an hour later, the second time - I first called the reception, the second time I reached it with my legs - only after that they brought the required gel and shampoo by 7 pm. About the body gel - on the 8th day of our vacation, it "suddenly" ended and we were left with only shampoo.
Food in the restaurant - I will not say that it is bad, varied. BUT... in the children's menu - solid fast food... french fries, sticks, it's not clear what they are made of, sandwiches. I myself with a child witnessed a scene of caring for vacationers... We collect food in a children's restaurant... we have trays with fruit and other "menu delights" removed from under our hands... because. time is up like. I just had to impudently make it clear that now we put on the plates what the child wants, then remove it.
Waiter service in the main restaurant - 2+... if the waiter "suddenly" liked you, then they will splash wine into your glass... if not... then go to the bar with your legs.
In general, the impression remains that in an expensive atel they are trying very hard to save on tourists !! !... I understand that mostly fruits and vegetables are greenhouse there . . but not to the same extent... buy green tomatoes... plums, from which knits in the mouth, apricots can only be eaten after they lie down in the room for 2-3 days. In the season of cherries and strawberries . . we (out of the 14 days that we rested there) were given 4 times... cherries were bought only in the market! Watermelons and melons have been on the table for the last 5 days, and naturally not ripe . . not sweet . . melon - generally like grass!
Animation for children - THIS IS SUPER!!! !... It's true... especially Russian-speaking: Dima (from Moldova) and Vlad! FROM Children's Disco - my baby was delighted! . . There are no comments here! Sports (aqua aerobics, water polo, etc. ) are also great!
With places on the beach and by the pool - this is an ambush!... on the first day we had towels on the floor... and we could not find a place... then, while the child was sleeping, I ran to the beach and the pool and occupied us one by one sunbed, because I had to change the route constantly: sea - kids club - children's pool - beach - sea... etc.

What is true is true: the Germans have a green street everywhere... Russians - they are not there for the staff and their requests are ignored! In the lobby bar, after standing in line for a child for cakes - they were almost over in front of us, they said that choose from what is. We just sat down at the table, the Germans came out, who stood after us - and on the plates those cakes that were already over . . How is it for you ?? ? I was shocked!!!
The beach is clean and the area is green and well-groomed. Gardeners are constantly walking and pinching the grass, tearing off the dried petals of the flowers.
I was earlier in another atel in Kemer "Mirada del Mar", also 5 stars... but it cannot be compared with "Grida"... If it were not for the animation, there would be no more positive emotions left.
I was not looking for special frills, but I was deprived of elementary comfort. In August we are going to go on vacation to Turkey again, but with our whole family . . so I'm looking for something less pompous... but responsible for my "5 stars" for five !! ! Here with a stretch - 3 stars . . no more!
