In general, the hotel lived up to our expectations - a green, well-groomed area. very nice and friendly staff, a lot of delicious food around the clock, a lot of slides for children of all ages and even a small water park with 5 large slides for older children and adults, a good children's room with several rooms, a children's restaurant, a clean beach with a green area and sun loungers under awnings. The disadvantages include the abundance of vacationers (according to the staff, 1500 people), so during the peak hours of eating, especially at dinner, it is difficult to find a free table and the staff does not have time to re-serve the vacated table. Accordingly, often no one offers to bring drinks (it must be said that we did not tip the waiters, which may have been a mistake). The children's restaurant was sometimes drowned out by the roar of the animators. In the beginning, we were placed in a room with windows facing the back of the restaurant, so you hear noisy ventilation all the time and a lot of staff movement under the windows. The room was small. At the request, we were moved to a larger room and closer to the center, but with windows overlooking the pools, the stage and next to the Arcadia Hotel, where almost every day from 21.30 to 23 we listened to the animation and performances of our hotel, and then from 23 to 2 at night, the drummers of the Arcadia hotel disco, sometimes the drunken singing of vacationers. In general, on the one hand, a wonderful hotel for children, on the other hand, a bad choice for those who are looking for a relaxing holiday.
