We arrived at the hotel around 5 am. We quickly processed the documents, promised that the room would be ready by 9.00, then they took us to breakfast. To a pleasant surprise, we were settled not at 9.00, but at 7.00. we were already in the room. Thank you very much for this, since the flight is night, it was hard after the flight.
Our room was standard. Regular number. All as in the description. Small, but we came there not to sit in the room, so it's ok. Our windows overlooked the side where the main fun took place, but this in no way prevented us from relaxing at any time of the day. It’s impossible to fall asleep without air conditioning anyway, and for this you need to close the balcony, and then you don’t hear much noise.
As for the food, it is VERY delicious. This is not only my subjective opinion, we all talked to each other and praised everyone. Fish every day, different meats, salads with seafood, a lot of fruits, sweets in general is a separate issue. You can eat and drink alcohol there around the clock. If you didn’t have time to eat on time, go to the restaurant 24/7 and please.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
Animation is also a separate issue. The guys are working hard and doing a great job. Thanks, didn't get bored.
Shows are different every day. Excellent. After the show - disco until 00.00.
Room cleaning every day. There were no cleaning issues. If you suddenly forgot your toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shampoo, body milk, don't worry, you will be provided with enough of these. The only thing I didn't like was the hair dryer. It is better to take with you, because the hair is very dry.
There is a safe. 2 euros per day.
Wifi is excellent. Worked without interruption everywhere in the hotel. As for the territory. She is not big, but well-groomed. And I did not notice anywhere a special crowd of people anywhere. That is, different locations - near the pools, in bars, on the beach - and no one bothered each other.
There is a spa. Sauna is free 30 minutes a day. What I liked, there is no imposition of their services. They told me once - and then they don’t run around and say, but did you think well, come to us, etc.
A few words about the beach. A bus runs to the sea every 30 minutes. The first bus to the beach at 8.00, the last to the beach at 18.30. And the last one from the beach is at 19.00. Drive 4 minutes. We didn't walk, it's hot. The only thing was a couple of times that another bus came (not the one that was taking to the beach) and at the last minute we realized that it was from our hotel. It is necessary, probably, to hang a sign so that the tourists understand that they have come for them. And once they didn't come to pick it up. Waited another 30 minutes. She didn’t come up, didn’t ask why, but the neighbors said that he sometimes parks in a different place. This point, if it is relevant to you, specify. The beach itself is good, not shallow. Get in right away and swim. You can also eat on the beach. Do not forget to take a ticket at the reception for food, because there they eat from different hotels and you have to mark them.
