There are many pools, my favorites are relaxation (lying in silence under the pine trees and drinking delicious coffee is really relaxing =)) and the main one - there are all the attractions and sea water in the pools nearby. There is also a water park, not even a bad one for small slides and for adults.
Meals: throughout the hotel there are many cafes and snack bars, there are many points with ice cream (a huge selection for every taste - the children squealed with happiness, since the main restaurant also served sushi, fish and pizza loved by children, so besides sweets all the same and normal food got into the body =)), pastries and even macarones are served.
The food in the main restaurant itself is excellent! ! For every taste - a huge selection of everything! There are always seafood and fish and different types of meat. Always fresh vegetables and fruits, a lot of salads and dairy products (freshly squeezed juice and ayran are also available), sweets in a wide variety. Lots of diet food.
For small children there is a separate room (I regretted not finding this hotel earlier =)) - there are tables of different sizes, there is a place with cartoons, all dishes for children are great and arranged so that they themselves can choose and dial.
And there are also plates for boys and girls =)) There is also a bottle warmer and baby food in jars.
p. s. the only thing I missed at breakfast was a borek - last year I had it and I had breakfast with it - a very tasty dish ! ! And last year they cooked spaghetti right in the cheese heads - it was mega-tasty, so if you have the opportunity - return them =))
Drinks: here is my separate love =)) Bartenders prepare amazing cocktails! ! Even my favorite and it would seem such an ordinary bloody merry performed by them with spicy sauce is something! ! Children's cocktails are bright and tasty, based on juices (my young ladies especially fell in love with Harry Potter - they ordered it all the time). Accommodation: Good spacious rooms, everything is clean and comfortable, if you need something (in our case, blankets and hangers) everything was brought instantly.
Cleaned every day and well. Large cabinets, there is where to lay out and hang everything - I don’t like it when everything is in a heap, because such seemingly trifles are very pleasant.
It is also very convenient that you do not need to bring shampoos, conditioners, etc. little things with you - everything is given out and of good quality.

A huge number of competitions and events (here I must separately say thank you to all the employees - always, even simple games were able to present very interestingly, introducing new rules =)). Bocce, darts, archery and rifles, volleyball, football and more. There are tennis courts and small tennis.
It is also worth mentioning separately yoga, stretching and more classes with Yulia (aqua aerobics, step aerobics, zumba) - she is so incendiary and easy to do everything that energizes not only physically, but also morally - a great mood is guaranteed !!

Staff: it is worth noting the professionalism and friendliness of the staff! Starting from the reception, the girl Vladlena settled us nearby (two families rested) and before the check-in time, while offering many options !!
The bartenders are always smiling, they do everything quickly and very tasty! )) Waiters - they work just as fast, I would like to separately mention the guys at the main pool on rollers - they are great!!
Guest Relations is an exemplary work, they will always help and solve any issues (the main thing is to voice them =)).
Separately, a huge thank you to Anastasia - she saved my daughter's vacation! Unfortunately, we arrived on dates when the teenager club was still closed (note that it is open only in the summer months, for children under 13 years old the mini club is open all year round), and my daughter went with a desire to get into this club. And thanks to Anastasia and also Plexi (who is in charge of the entertainment part), the teenager opened the club earlier and the child was mega-satisfied and immediately demanded that they go longer next year =))
And thanks also to Plexi - well done! My daughter is hard to contact, but he found an approach to her, paid attention and even somehow persuaded her to play "the last hero"!

Sunbeds on the beach have to deal early in the morning. And they smoke everywhere! And the staff does not even want to make comments to people who smoke during the show! Is it okay that children are sitting everywhere? They offered to make a remark to the girl smoking next to me. Is this NORMAL for you?
All in all, we won't go to this hotel again. It does not live up to its 5 stars, the maximum is 3!

- Everywhere there are revolving doors that do not spin - it is not realistic to drag a stroller through them. Next to it are ordinary doors that you have to hold with your foot in the old fashioned way and push the stroller through - uncomfortable, terribly.
- Almost all rooms are very noisy until 12 at night. Even if you can't hear the music itself, you can definitely hear the bass. If you close the balcony, then it is tolerable, but without air conditioning there is nothing to breathe (and under the air conditioner a child suddenly fell ill).

We had a room in a bungalow (since we had long understood that it was not worth taking in the main building because of the constantly plying tourists), we wanted privacy and relaxation for the family. And we got it right!!!!
The room was standard, we asked the tour operator to make a note that the room must be with a balcony and on the 2nd floor! And the hotel gave us just such a room!! ! For which a special THANK YOU!! ! Since the room was in the 1st section, close to restaurants, beach, pools! To get to the water park and the children's mini club, you had to either take a mini bus that runs every 2 minutes, or take a walk along the chic, green, well-groomed area! It was no problem for us! So, we liked the room, it is quite spacious, not damp, daily cleaning (the child constantly dirty the bed linen, sometimes with juice, sometimes with sweets), the bedding was replaced daily (thanks for that), dirty towels were changed daily, the mini bar was replenished daily, gas . water, drinking pure bottled water, beer, sweets and juices for the child)!!!
The view from the room - we personally liked it, although previous reviews are different (but again, how to look at it: if you want privacy, then everything is fine, because the view of the green wall in the leans and trees, everything is better than we would have seen a completely neighboring hotel and resting in it, and no one saw us, at least walk naked, no one walks under the windows and does not look at the balcony), in a word, privacy, which we wanted so much !!!
I want to separately note the food and alcohol! We flew to Turkey many times, and all hotels are 5 *, UAL. Once again, we were convinced that their food is peculiar, with its own spices and manner of cooking, you either accept it or not! You must understand that you are not going to rest in Europe! It has its own flavor and its own cuisine (not always suitable for us Russian tourists who are used to cow's milk, milk cheese and meat sausage (although it is now all the same, soy), but nonetheless. We must initially understand that diluted milk, cheeses very salty or peppery and spicy - but simply because it's hot outside and it all just starts to deteriorate! Juices, respectively, will also be diluted with water, even freshly squeezed! But it's like that everywhere!
I’ll tell you about the cuisine of this hotel, we liked it, there is something to compare with, a large selection, all the soups are delicious, the fish too - by the way, it’s lightly salted, you definitely won’t be hungry, there are sushi, but they are weak for those who are amateurs. Sweets are delicious, but separately respect to Turkish delight, really very tasty, and all!! ! And the children's menu is good (all cereals are delicious, soups for children are low-salted, fruits, vegetables, and sweets, as in the main restaurant, everything is there. There are juices for children, cocoa, yogurts, canned mashed potatoes, all kinds of muesli). The view from the room - we personally liked it, although previous reviews are different (but again, how to look at it: if you want privacy, then everything is fine, because the view of the green wall in the leans and trees, everything is better than we would have seen a completely neighboring hotel and resting in it, and no one saw us, at least walk naked, no one walks under the windows and does not look at the balcony), in a word, privacy, which we wanted so much !!!
I want to separately note the food and alcohol! We flew to Turkey many times, and all hotels are 5 *, UAL. Once again, we were convinced that their food is peculiar, with its own spices and manner of cooking, you either accept it or not! You must understand that you are not going to rest in Europe! It has its own flavor and its own cuisine (not always suitable for us Russian tourists who are used to cow's milk, milk cheese and meat sausage (although it is now all the same, soy), but nonetheless. We must initially understand that diluted milk, cheeses very salty or peppery and spicy - but simply because it's hot outside and it all just starts to deteriorate! Juices, respectively, will also be diluted with water, even freshly squeezed! But it's like that everywhere!
I’ll tell you about the cuisine of this hotel, we liked it, there is something to compare with, a large selection, all the soups are delicious, the fish too - by the way, it’s lightly salted, you definitely won’t be hungry, there are sushi, but they are weak for those who are amateurs. Sweets are delicious, but separately respect to Turkish delight, really very tasty, and all!! ! And the children's menu is good (all cereals are delicious, soups for children are low-salted, fruits, vegetables, and sweets, as in the main restaurant, everything is there. There are juices for children, cocoa, yogurts, canned mashed potatoes, all kinds of muesli). For adults, there are 2 main restaurants: one is open, like, if you want to eat outdoors, you don’t have to go to the second main restaurant, choose a table, take it right there to eat and enjoy the view, everything is close and close!!!
A bunch of lobby bars, with normal alcohol, there are children's non-alcoholic cocktails! Ice cream can be taken and eat at least all day long, in several lobby bars!
