I went to Belek with my parents 12 years ago, when I was little. Then we also lived in a 5 * hotel and we liked everything very much. This year I again decided to go to Belek, but to a different hotel, and I was also very satisfied. I went to rest alone, because the plans were to meet with my beloved. : ) The rest was just wonderful, I really didn’t want to leave, although I had a rest in Turkey for the 7th year in a row, and it was not easy to be surprised by something...
Hotel and territory
The hotel is very large and long, in the shape of a Y, the interiors are impressive. The floor shines everywhere like a mirror, 4 elevators (2 transparent and 2 simple), shops, you leave the hotel - and there is a pool right there, and the sea is within easy reach! : ) There are many pines, shrubs and palm trees on the territory, a small artificial stream with a waterfall. The territory is large, but very well-groomed, the cleanest paths are made of rough non-slip material. There is so much space that you can even get lost, which I did on the first day : )))))))) There is a whole water park on the territory of 8 water slides: 2 for children and 6 adults, but I didn’t go with one of them once, very scary... : )

Number
I was settled in a huge room on the 4th floor, overlooking the sea from a large balcony (the photo is in the link in the previous section) There is a lot of furniture in the room, the furniture is very good, all new, not shabby, a mirror cabinet with a safe ( rent included in the price), very large bed. The plumbing is good, it works perfectly, the rooms have a bath or shower (in my room there was a bath). The air conditioner cooled well, but there is a trick: in order for it to work, the balcony door must be closed with a latch (oh, I was tormented the first day I found out! : )) There are 2 Russian channels on TV, but in general there are about 50 very different channels . Telephone with international line access. You can call the reception, the guest relations department, etc. one button. The hair dryer works fine, but you need to constantly keep your finger on the power button. : ))
Service, staff
The staff is very friendly, always ready to help. Everyone is very polite and smiling. It was even impossible to understand whether it was a smile on duty or addressed to you personally. Our hotel guide Dasha (Turtess company) was at the hotel almost constantly, and she could get comprehensive information about the hotel and excursions. By the way, tickets to the Turkish bath and spa (which is the best in Belek), as well as excursions, are cheaper to buy from your guide than directly on the spot. The room was always cleaned just fine, and most importantly, in the morning when you go to the beach (unlike other hotels, where they usually clean after dinner, which is very inconvenient). All the staff, except for the maids and technicians, speak Russian well, but a few phrases spoken by them in Turkish, like the magical Sim-Salabim, open any doors and hearts for the tourist... There are also some colorful personalities, for example, photographer Aslan - incomparable eyes and an awesome snow-white smile, will make anyone laugh! : )))))))
Food, restaurant

Breakfast was the same every day, lunch and dinner were different. The most delicious thing was for dinner - fried fish, kebabs... For the first time I saw black bread, kvass and tomato juice in Turkey! Delicious pastries and confectionery. But it was necessary to come to the beginning of lunch or dinner, otherwise then the places on the street were hopelessly occupied (it was stuffy to eat indoors), or the tablecloths on the tables were already dirty, or there were not enough appliances... The waiters served well and quickly (just turned away - and no plate! ), but, probably, they didn’t always have time. The worst thing was that there were no napkin holders on the tables, only one napkin was relied on for one person, and sometimes one napkin was not enough (you get your hands dirty, then you wipe your mouth... In the bar near the water park they bake amazingly delicious pizza.
Beach, sea, pool
On the territory of the hotel there were several pools of different depths, including a children's one. Perfect cleanliness both in the pools and around them. There were always enough places on the beach, but good places had to be taken in advance, especially if you were not alone. The beach is sandy, the entrance to the sea is good, the depth is gradual. The sea is very clean and transparent, although the bottom is sandy, quiet in the morning, like a mirror... On the territory of the neighboring beach (Papillon Aisha Hotel) there is an excellent pier from which you can dive or just walk. Water sports with a motor - a minimum of $ 60 per person, kayaks and catamarans can be rented for free. Beach towels are issued by cards under the tower near the amphitheater, no problem. Walking from the hotel to the sea is closer than to the water park
Entertainment, animation
Evening shows were very interesting, I especially remember the performance of Shao-lin monks (real! ) and the premiere of the musical "Notre Dame de Paris". The guys worked hard! There were shows with guests. As usual, normal places closer to the stage were taken up almost half a day before the performance (95% of the guests in this hotel are from Russia and Ukraine, probably this habit of our people is ineradicable! ) During the day there were also many sports events, there was no time to be bored. Although I personally didn’t go to them, I was more interested in the slides and the sea : )))))) Once, having despaired of raising people from sunbeds to gather a team for a game on the beach, the animator shouted in his hearts: “Just don’t say later that the animation is here crap!!! " The whole beach was laughing! : )))
Conditions for recreation with children

In my opinion, the hotel is just designed for families with children! The vast majority of vacationers are families with small or VERY small children (Personally, who does not have children yet, this fact annoyed me a little - there was constant crying or hysterics here and there! ) Animators constantly work with children, after dinner somewhere at 8 pm they are taken from the restaurant to watch cartoons, then they go to the mini-disco (music and dancing, like all mini-discos). There is a kids club and playground.
And finally. . .
When I got bored, I signed up for a horse ride. Oh, it's unforgettable! Riding a horse (alone or with an instructor) in a pine forest. . . Awesome pine smell! Those who are in the saddle for the first time are taught to control the horse
In general, a great variety of excursions for every taste is offered.
The hotel is wonderful! Everyone will find what he likes. Recomend for everybody!
