Very small territory (with the smell of cats), a small uneven beach with torn sunbeds, crooked old umbrellas, filthy cheap plastic tables, Maintenance of only tents on the beach and the pier. No service to other guests on the beach - no buttons on the umbrellas work (I think for many years). The pool is small and packed in the morning with children and drunken people. There is no question of any quiet respectable rest. They complained about the untimely cleaning of the room (they don’t always clean it until 15-00), the current kettle was broken, the mini bar was replenished at the wrong time, they had to call 2-3 times, they asked to inform the maid about the need to bring shampoo to the room! (After complaints, shampoo was brought, but the gel for the shower, no!! ! They laughed, of course. We didn’t apply again. A new joke appeared: “It’s Kempinski !!! ”) As a result, all requests were ignored. They wiped the puddle near the kettle and put the kettle back! The cups were washed by ourselves! Terrible service. Pillows are uncomfortable - as if stuffed with shreds of filler. Unexpected and extremely inconvenient. Worst vacation in Turkey in 20 years of trips! Objectively, the food is excellent, here there are no complaints about the quality of the dishes. But they poured water at the table themselves, coffee and juices were brought by the waiters themselves or “dead” or circling around the Turkish guests, of which there are in great abundance. Check out was at 5 am. No one woke up, things did not help to deliver to the hall. It’s good that there was an individual transfer in a timely manner! We left the dark hall (there was a terrible stuffiness in the morning - the air conditioners did not turn on ! ! Although a family with a child was waiting for us to leave! ) And a bullet to the airport - Hurray! at the reception she told us: “Well, what are you comparing, this is Turkey. . . ”) As they say, no comment.
