I was in Belek in May 2010. At the Riu Kaya Belek hotel with Tez Tour. No complaints.
According to the Kaya category, one might say, the simplest hotel in Belek. But since Belek is still considered not the cheapest resort, the price was still not the easiest))
May, of course, is not the hottest season for Turkey. It is still cool in Belek at this time, at least it was for me. And the sea was stormy. Therefore, all the time was spent by the pool. And, by the way, I really love the sea, but because of the high waves and pebbles near the shore, I was afraid to swim alone.
The hotel itself is not bad. Before this trip, I had no experience of rest in Turkey. And I went alone.
The rooms, of course, do not pull on 5 stars. The corridors are also somewhat shabby. But in general, the impression of the hotel is positive.

Cleaning was carried out every day. Towels were also changed every day, as far as I remember. I lived on the top floor. But there are elevators, there are no problems with going up and down.
Now a little about the spa. Since I am a fan of this whole thing, the presence of a spa in the hotel was a delight.
The center is good. The interior is pleasant and modern, relaxing. A separate 5 with a big + for the hammam. Believe me, even when ordering a separate trip to another hammam, it is not a fact that it will be on the level. This hammam is very good. Spacious, with a good interior. The stones are always warm. There was enough space for everyone.
There is also a sauna in the spa (more precisely 2).
At first, I and a few other people were a frequent visitor to the spa. Then our "light brown-tourists" cut through the chip, and sometimes it was not crowded in the sauna. So I came before dinner. almost alone. They provide various services for a fee. They didn’t particularly interest me, but for the sake of interest I found out about manicure, pedtkur (French). I don’t remember exactly how much they put me up. appropriate"))) To which I said: "No, thank you. " Somehow to do a nail service in an "incomprehensible" salon from Turkey for 2000 rubles. I didn’t want to. Especially since the salon at the hotel did not leave me a favorable impression.
The hotel staff itself is pleasant and helpful. There are Russian-speaking employees at the reception. But knowing the basics of English will not hurt)))
Now about food. I am a fastidious person, but I am not obsessed with this fact. I ate everything, the choice was great. The most delicious ones were especially imprinted in my memory !! ! baklava sticks. . . I still salivate at the thought of them)
There was also a snack bar on the beach. It was pretty tasty too.
To be honest, in Turkey they cook delicious food in general, so when they say that the food was inedible, I don’t believe it. Yes, you may not be offered foie gras there, but you won't be hungry for sure. This hotel has 100%.
Now about the entertainment. The animation program is nothing. The guys are trying.

There was yoga, water aerobics, etc. I went to these 2 types. In order to shake the fat after sweets, that’s it. But if you have been playing sports for a long time, then it will be like this for you, “for starters. ” Everything is for beginners.
There was a disco. Disco bar. Frankly, if you are a party-goer, go straight ahead)) This hotel is aimed at a calmer age category.
As for the nearest settlements. For shopping, you can go to the village of Kadriye or to the city of Belek itself. For general development, it is useful. But as a mandatory item, no.
The territory of the hotel is large. There is a place to take a walk, a pine forest. I went for a walk every evening, climbed everything there.
What is the result: a solid four, in my opinion. Still, for such a hotel, the price of 1000 USD per person in May is a little expensive. You can find something more interesting.
