This hotel was recommended to me by my friend's daughter. In her opinion, the balance "price - quality" is found here. However, from the very arrival we were asked to wait for the hour of check-in, and leave the suitcases just against the wall (on the website it says there is a left-luggage office, at the reception they said "there is no such thing") the room was offered after 12, when a friend reminded us financially, but due to the insignificance of the amount (20 dollars) the room was given under the roof and at the end of the corridor. Then over the reception, but in general, if you want a good room, you have to pay extra 8 euros per day.
I do not want to turn the review into a complaint, but objectively the disadvantages are as follows:
The reception (reception) practically does not deal with the issues of Russian tourists. When placing simply racketeering methods, they squeeze out money
The rooms are not fresh, the staff kept forgetting to bring a towel, duvet cover, water, etc.

The territory, although it has landscaping, but there is practically no shade,
Catering: to drink coffee on the beach, the whole problem is to go to the bar by the pool, the same with ice cream, we ordered drinks on the beach several times, they never brought it,
They don’t allow anything with you when you go on an excursion, but the day is paid,
These are just the main disadvantages to which we must add that the restaurant has 1 entrance, one exit to the sea and everything is located so that a person would have to expend the maximum amount of effort to receive this or that bonus.
In fairness, I want to note the positive features of the hotel:
Diverse and not very bad cuisine,
Suitable for wheelchairs, which facilitates the arrival of families with children and people with disabilities.
Summing up, I will say the following: I will not come to this hotel, I will not recommend it to my friends and I will leave information on the tour operator's website for potential guests: WARNING, NOT TO VISIT.
