One feels that even in the recent past it was a very good hotel, but either the construction of a nearby deluxe hotel of the same chain diverted funds and the best staff there, or the management deteriorated. The territory is small, everything is old, even sometimes dilapidated and shabby (kids club and water park). The food was very mediocre despite the fact that many had previously praised it. From breakfast to lunch, there is nowhere to eat at all, the children had to take buns and fruit with them for breakfast. The imported evening shows are interesting, the performances of the animators are primitive and vulgar. The beach is at 4, but there is no security in the courtyard, and there is a public beach nearby and the natives freely roam the studio chairs and can take part in the rest. Unfortunately, the price does not correspond to the level of quality of services provided. The hotel is exactly 4 or 4 (according to a five-point system).
