Especially when the manager Batuhan jumps on you and pulls the phone out of your hands, after which I was generally scared to be there. His behavior is inappropriate, he drove me to a nervous breakdown, which I consider not acceptable on vacation in a hotel where they should take care of you and do everything necessary to make you feel safe and comfortable. I turned to him for help, which he did not give me, I took out my phone and shot a video, to which he began to scream and snatch it from me, and that’s not all, after that he began to threaten me that I would not return home if I did not delete the video . I was generally in shock, I was on vacation with my sister and niece, and to be honest, I was very scared. No one stood up for me except a girl from Kazakhstan (a hotel worker).
I wanted to call the police, but our assistant called the general manager, who do you think resolved the issue? Of course not, he offered us an improved room for next year!!! ! I asked for surveillance video so I could have proof of his repeated behavior, but I was denied. Luckily we had a transfer to the airport in half an hour. I have never left Turkey with such a feeling of humiliation and fear.
And that’s not all, I came to celebrate my birthday in a “luxury Hotel”, in the afternoon we went on a yacht to Kemer, and for the evening we had a restaurant reserved for 22.00, we were 10 minutes late and warned our assistant in advance, but when We came to the restaurant. The chef himself told us that they were closing already and could offer us something to drink and give us the cake that my sister ordered for me as a surprise. We were very hungry, to be honest I felt like a beggar begging for food.
And if you think that’s all, then you’re wrong. On the very first day of our check-in, the deluxe hotel ran out of toothpaste, toothbrushes, and toilet paper.
No one cleans the beach or the pool, there is watermelon, corn, glasses, dirty towels everywhere, and if you want to lie down on a sun lounger, be kind enough to clean up after the other guests yourself!!! !
On the plus side, the food is good, the choice is not large, but the quality of the products is high. In the evening there are good shows in the amphitheater, but it is impossible to sign up for the free a la carte restaurants since there are always no seats, we never managed to get in.
I categorically do not recommend this hotel, people read the comments, because it’s not in vain that we write them! And my other advice to you is to choose a hotel with a reputation that is afraid of losing it and will do everything to make your vacation unforgettable.
