Restaurant - basic breakfast, lunch and dinner, served in the main hotel - Crystal Family. Very tasty food. Usually, in Turkish hotels, there is a lot of food, but everything becomes boring on the third day. Here, everything is cooked with love and always pleased with small delights. Moreover, the residents of Family cannot go to the Boutique (only in agreement with the administration), but the residents of the Boutique can be everywhere. Of the inconveniences during check-in, they give only 1 key to the room (ordinary metal)... They give cards for getting towels in Family (you just take it to the boutique by the pool), a coupon for 15 minutes of free massage (it says that it is valid 24 hours after check-in, but in fact, he did not present it at all, and on the 3rd day he only began to do massage). The boutique is a series of two-story houses with 4 rooms with separate entrances, each room has a balcony, a mini-bar (beer, soft drinks, water), a shower, slippers, a hairdryer, a kettle, tea and coffee bags, also instant in bags. No bathrobes, no iron either. What upset - in the rooms quite a noticeable smell of sewerage!! ! And not only with us, with friends too, apparently this is a massive problem . . I don’t know on the 1st floors only or on the 2nd too . . I would now take a room on the 2nd floor, it’s more comfortable to sit on the balcony, no one does not walk next to you.
The room itself is medium in size, there is a wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables, a table, a double bed, 2 chairs on the balcony, a free safe. The hotel was built in 2018 but doesn't look like it. The furniture is already shabby, bed linen with holes, the air conditioner is all black from mold inside. Yes, and it is clear that they did repairs in haste, tyap-blunder, the seams are not neat in the bathroom, some smudges from paint, sealant, etc. 2 lamps did not work - they fixed it 2 days after the appeal, the air conditioner broke down - they fixed it the same day, the door to the shower stall creaked terribly - they replaced it the next day (although the design of such a door that water flows strongly from under it to the floor, you have to put always a towel, then hang it to dry)! The rooms are not stuffy even without air conditioning. I didn’t like the quality of the room cleaning (and it doesn’t matter if you put a tip or not, it doesn’t affect anything), the linen is changed 1 time per week, the bed is made and the floor in the bathroom is wiped with a rag. They don’t replenish toilet paper themselves, I had to remind you 2 times, and no swans from towels and other luxury for you.
What I liked is the lack of crowds, queues, etc. , half-empty sunbeds by the sea, a lot of places by the pool, a lot of free towels, there are no queues at the bar. In the bar, more than 10 cocktails are made, there are separate beer, whiskey, rum, cognac, wine, etc. , there is ice cream, soda. A snack bar is open several hours a day - french fries, salads, chicken wings, but you can order pizza, shawarma, hamburger, cheeseburger for free from the bartender. I was upset by the cheeseburger - there was such a thick slice of ordinary cheese that was not even melted... In general, I recommend eating in Family. The main restaurant has a huge selection of dishes, the quality is also good. There is always fish, meat, eggs, pastries, very sweet watermelons and melons, delicious black tea from teapots. Very tasty grilled dishes, and there are a lot of them. There are also for dieters - boiled vegetables, boiled meat, beans, etc. The only thing missing was porridge. Of the minuses, a very meager bar, there is always no whiskey, brandy, rum, or everything at once. There is always only beer, wine and vodka. By the way, vodka is good (it’s clear why they don’t keep it in the refrigerator, but pour it warm and throw ice cubes), but brandy and whiskey are with an anise flavor... But the beer is surprisingly tasty, not usual for Turkey. And do not take salty dishes there - they are just very salty, you can’t take them in your mouth (and olives and cucumbers and cheese) In general, for food, a solid four with a plus!
For SPA, I recommend taking some massages, you can negotiate the price if you take more than 1 session, for example, hourly massages cost me $ 40 instead of 60 €. I got to different masseuses (they are from Bali), my recommendation is Patni, she is simply a professional! Separately, I want to say about the Internet - it is both in the room and on the territory of both the Boutique and Family, but it is somehow unstable, it constantly falls off, especially when moving, and does not reach the beach, it is not in the SPA. In general, talking with video on WhatsApp is permissible, it may not work, only audio.
Now about the sea, the pool and the beach: entering the sea on pebbles, not large, but out of habit, it can be painful without slippers. The entry is quite steep, after 3 meters you already have to swim. It can be difficult to get out when there is a strong wave (and this is after lunch, since it is usually calm in the morning), the legs fall into a layer of washed stones. The beach is quite clean, first sand, pebbles closer to the water. Comfortable beds with mattresses, tables, bins, awnings. The pool is good, medium size, usually no more than 5 people bathe. Depth is 135 cm everywhere. There is a jacuzzi bath nearby.
And no animation at all in the hotel)) In general, the conclusion is the Hotel for a relaxing beach holiday, a good concept.
