At the reception, one girl speaks Russian, and the Russian speakers are over. A few words about the beach, it is public, very dirty cigarette butts, where you do not step, no one cleans it. There is only water on the beach, even beer could not be delivered, many were outraged because of this. A bus takes you to the beach every hour, the queues are long, it travels several times, because you see it’s not profitable for the hotel to have more buses, it’s cheaper to put a “burnt wine” on a guest than to really solve something.
Animation is weak, no one really goes to it. The territory is not well-groomed, everywhere is dirty, starting from the room and ending with the pools in which glasses float and this does not bother anyone. The hotel itself is INSANELY stuffy, they also saved on air conditioning. The hotel is shabby, there has not been a renovation here for a long time, do not believe if they tell you that it was in 2019. Wi-fi does not work at all, it constantly disappears. The hotel saves light, guests sit in the lobby and turn off the lights at 12. I have never met such a nasty attitude towards guests, and I hope I will not meet again.

This is not the first time we are resting in Turkey, we were only in fours, i. e. there is something to compare. This hotel is the best four of all the hotels where we rested! Transfer from the airport 25 minutes, food impose a mountain, do not regret, everything is fresh and tasty! I think I will stay at this hotel for a long time and let it become a tradition to stay in this hotel! Of the small minuses, only that when playing "Guess the melody or karaoke" out of 100 songs, 80% are Turkish songs, and since we are from Ukraine, you have zero chances to win! Turks at karaoke support their own (the overwhelming majority of Turks vacationing there).

Check-in on the first day after the opening of the border (COVID 19). Great family run hotel for the money. The Turks were warmly welcomed. There were few vacationers, few Ukrainians, Belarusians and a few local families. The room was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness. The service was at its best, the staff was responsive, friendly, attentive, not intrusive and treated their duties with responsibility, small, current “inconsistencies” were quickly resolved.

Special thanks to the hotel manager Mustafa, in case of any difficulties, he himself was involved in the quick solution of all problems, a sympathetic and positive person. The rooms were cleaned in a timely manner and clean, the cleaners are very friendly. The food was of high quality, and the service was decent, the waiters had time for everything. The animators are groovy, funny, worked out completely, it was not boring with them.

Personally, I am a big fan of SPA procedures, so I highly recommend visiting the sauna, hammam (with peeling and foam massage)! The masseur Hussein does lymphatic drainage massage very professionally in the SPA center (unfortunately, it was not possible to perform other SPA procedures)!
We had a small, nice, clean, comfortable room (cleaning: changing towels, bedspreads, slippers, toiletries and replenishing the mini-bar with water - every day). The food is good quality, not plentiful, but there was plenty to choose from. The hotel caters to many families with small children. ATTENTION! Now the hotel does not have its own beach, the old one was demolished, and the new one is still being built! A minibus drove to the beach, but you could also walk along a beautiful alley. At first, when we arrived, there were not even sun loungers and an umbrella, but they put them on our request! The coast is relatively clean, sandy, the water in the sea is ideal: warm, clear, turquoise.
In the evening several times the hotel pool had programs for children.
Now there are very few vacationers in the hotel, probably due to quarantine, but for me personally, this was a big plus - I wanted a quiet, comfortable stay! Nearby there is a beautiful city of entertainment - The Land of Legends, which has many shops, cafes, fountains, in the evening there are performances with theater shows, a chic NEMO restaurant (with huge aquariums with sea fish and a show program with mermaid girls in an aquarium in 22-00).
We recommend IQ Belek Resort!! ! Would like to stay here again!

The first dinner surprised me with its scarcity and some incomprehensible origin of the side dish and a parody of stewed chicken, or rather its sad remains. There was also fish, which ran rotten for several days. In a 4-star hotel, tea cups, tea forks and cups were completely absent. Paper cups, plastic sticks instead of spoons. Cakes with a clearly chemical tint and dirty tables with dull napkins that have not been washed for a long time. The first morning showed that life goes on and there is still an opportunity to have breakfast in the dining room.
Delivery to the beach is organized by the driver Mustafa, who works mainly depending on the load of the bus and according to the schedule. The beach made a depressing impression. Ancient dirty sunbeds, lack of mattresses, and even those that are asked to be scrapped. The sunbeds are scattered, the mattresses are piled in a heap, the sand is strewn with cigarette butts. They smoke everywhere, no one fights with it. The silent figure, depicting the scourge of battle, only empties the garbage pots and calms the rest with a gentle look. Visiting the beach Mustafa - a person from the hotel management, menacingly moves his hands, blows tea, portraying a commanding person, but everything remains as it was and flows in a dull sequence.
Dinner was poor and monotonous as a result. As it turned out later, the hotel does not have its own kitchen and all that comes to the table is freezing at some kind of plant. It is thawed in thermal cabinets and served hot. Stale rolls are steamed and served as fresh. Vegetables are washed and even some are cut at the hotel, everything else is in trays and wrapped in foil. Only an omelette is prepared from a ready-made egg mixture, sometimes pancakes are fried and ready-made rolls with cheese are made. When asked to fry fried eggs, they answered that they did not have eggs as such, only scrambled eggs and ready-made boiled eggs (C2). Fruits are green and sometimes red apples, unripe plums and sometimes sliced oranges. Of the gourds, watermelon, of good quality, and melon, not yet ripe.
Bars in the hotel work according to the schedule, the utensils are mostly plastic and paper. Beer, regular Turkish. Low quality alcohol. The lobby looks uncomfortable, the upholstery of the furniture is old and stained. The existing pools are functioning, the slides are working. In one of the bars from 15 o'clock ice cream and gozlume, but do not flatter yourself, gozlume from semi-finished products in the form of ready-made square pancakes with filling, are warmed up and given.
