From July 22 to July 29.2021, my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a 2-year-old child) and I stayed at the Club MegaSaray hotel. The start of the holiday was great. We enjoyed the sea, the sun, the entertainment and food offered by the hotel. But on the last day of our stay, four of us ended up in the hospital with acute poisoning after eating dinner the day before. The poisoning occurred with seafood salads, where the main components were shrimp, mussels and squid rings. The provision of dishes from low-quality products is unacceptable for this level of the hotel. This fact caused us great disappointment, given that this is a five-star hotel, for which we paid a considerable amount of money and expected a high level of quality and safety of services, including food. We liked a lot in the hotel, but after suffering a nightmare and fear for the lives of children, we are unlikely to ever return there again. Additionally: 1. In room 8210 in the main building, air conditioning does not work well. 2. Telephones in the rooms do not work from time to time. The reason was not understood.
3. Maids sometimes mess around. A dirty towel is picked up from the floor and instead of being replaced, it is turned to the clean side and hung up. 4. In the children's room for babies 0-3 years old, there are a minimum of toys and those are broken.
