For the first time I came across a Turkish hotel, in which everything is equally excellent: exceptionally helpful service at the reception at check-in, throughout the rest and at check-out (special thanks to very friendly Ukrainian employees); beautiful large rooms with good plumbing and clean linen, constant cleaning, well-regulated air conditioning (the only significant drawback is very weak WI-FI); a huge constantly cleaned area surrounded by greenery and flowers with beautiful lawns; an additional natural plus is the relatively mild climate and coniferous atmosphere of Belek itself; a huge well-kept beach with very clean sand and a very comfortable spacious pier; clear sea with a very gentle soft sandy entrance; beautiful huge lagoon pool; very tasty and varied food for every taste: many types of perfectly cooked meat, fish, seafood, fruits, berries, etc. . , sufficient children's and dietary table; high-quality imported spirits up to well-known brands of single malt whiskey and cognac; sweets, pastries and ice cream are also of excellent quality and freshness; all these culinary delights are compensated by a large fitness center with high-quality modern equipment for every taste. It is surprising that with a large number of vacationers in the high season, there is a lot of free space everywhere - in restaurants, and in bars, and by the pool, and on the beach, and on the pier, and in the amphitheater during interesting musical performances, and in the gym. This is the first time I've seen so many free sunbeds in the best pool and beach areas. All this together I call the service of the highest level, more than fulfilling every dollar spent on vacation. In general, BIG THANKS to the hotel, its managers, reception staff, chefs, waiters, in general, to all highly professional staff for a completely serene, wonderful vacation! The main confirmation of the sincerity and objectivity of my review: at the family council, we unanimously re-selected the same hotel for a summer seaside holiday this year (the second case in the entire long history of my family's travels! ). Moreover, the son almost, in an ultimatum form, wanted to celebrate his birthday only in "Kalista" : )
