At the reception, almost all the staff speaks Russian and English. If you can't communicate in one language, you can easily switch to another.
We arrived at the hotel at about 9 am, we were immediately put on bracelets, took things to the storage room, offered to take light things out of our suitcases, go to the spa center to change clothes and go to breakfast. In the spa center, in the locker room with a code, so that things can be left without problems. In the same place in the spa center on the cards issuance and exchange of towels. By the way, on the day of departure, when you check out the room and remove the bracelet from you, you will still be poured coffee in the bar, and in the restaurant, if necessary, they will feed you. Next to it there is also a small restaurant, which is considered a children's restaurant during the daytime (there is a children's menu and even dishes), and in the evening from 22 to 1 at night (maybe up to 2 (but I can be wrong) is an ordinary restaurant where guests are fed, those who arrived at the hotel on evening flights, so to speak, a “night restaurant. ” In the same place, there is a pastry shop nearby, where they are treated to Turkish sweets, tea, coffee and ice cream.
In addition, the hotel has a bakery area where from 10 to 16 they cook guzleme (such Turkish cakes) and from 12 to 18:30 pide (Turkish pizza), there is also a burger area, and not just to put a cutlet in a bun, but a real burger , with several types of burgers (it seems 5-6, I can’t say for sure because I was there once for the sake of interest), and they serve burgers with french fries, and then you can take anything in the bar - from ayran to beer. The burger shop is open from 12 to 16 (if I'm not mistaken).
There is also a bar where various drinks are poured and snacks and ice cream are given, there is a bar that turns into a restaurant at lunchtime (also with snacks and drinks), there is a pool bar, by the way, only aperol is poured there (for those who are interested). In general, if you look at it, you can start eating here from 7 in the morning and finish by 1 in the morning.
As for the food itself. The chef is just a star! All food is delicious, you can give your child from an adult table without trying, there will be no surprises.
There are no spicy dishes or with any specific spices, but at the same time, the dishes have a taste, it is clear that the spices were used, but very moderately, taking into account European tastes and habits.
The hotel is divided into two main buildings - old and new. In the old building, there is the main restaurant, which operates three times a day, there is also a pastry shop, a lobby bar and a "piano bar". The new building also has a lobby, a patisserie and a restaurant open in the morning and evening. But there is a restaurant open all day, though the food in it is paid. There are also several a la carte restaurants.
The hotel is excellent for families with children. The beach is sandy, but there are small pebbles near the coastline, especially in the mornings. The entrance to the sea is a bit inconvenient, but we managed to notice that a lot depends on the tide and the weather. If the waves are strong, then there is a sharp descent into the sea, if the sea is calm, then the entrance is more gentle.
True, the depth comes very quickly, literally a few meters from the shore it is already deep. There are a lot of sun loungers, enough for everyone, there is a pier where you can also sunbathe. Sea entertainment is also here: riding scooters, parasailing, excursions. There is also a children's slide on the beach.
Naturally, there is a water park in the main pool, but there is also a pool next to the old building (for a more relaxing holiday) and a pool in the new building.
The new building is generally a separate world, if you wish, you can not leave it at all, it even has its own reception, not to mention everything else.
By the way, a minicar runs from the new building to the beach every 10 minutes. Also, very convenient, especially in the peak of the heat.
The kids club and animators are ready to take over your child if he is over 4 years old and watch him until 23:00 at night. The kids club has a great playground where you can work with your child on creativity, draw and play board games.
If the child is very young, then the mandatory presence of the parent is required. Older children can be left. I was also surprised by the system of leaving children in the kids club in the evening (maybe this is the case everywhere). After the mini-disco, when the entertainment part for adults begins, cartoons are turned on for children and animators make sure that the children watch them, do not quarrel or run away, while the parents enjoy the evening show.
Also on the territory there is a mini-amusement park with four carousels and a trampoline, which are open from 18:30 to 20:00. Just after dinner before going to bed, children can play enough. Also, you can rent a stroller in hotels, if you rent for 2 hours, then it's free, if more, then $ 5 per hour. It is convenient when the child has already grown out of the stroller, but still he is still a child and gets tired quickly. You can take a stroller in the evening and take a walk to the bazaar, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
Honestly, I can’t say anything about animators for adults. I saw that they were there, I heard that they called for aqua aerobics in the sea and the pool, playing darts, bocha, fitness ...but I didn’t use their services myself ...I don’t know. I think they are a great team. They are seen and heard all the time. Here are children's animators - this is space, I know more about them.
And now about the spa. There is only one Russian-speaking worker there - Hanifi. We met him when we came on the first day for towels. He was nice and friendly. He told us to come in when we look around and he will tell us about the spa and what services are included in our tour.
Last year we had a not-so-pleasant experience with the spa workers… Who literally cheated on their services, charged exorbitant prices and then were very reluctant to bargain. Therefore, we nodded our heads, but we ourselves decided not to show more eyes there, and very in vain.
Three days before departure, I did not successfully lift the child and pinched the sciatic nerve. The pain was hellish, but I courageously endured the day. Two days before departure, in the morning it was already worth a lot of effort for me to go down to the restaurant to have breakfast, sit there for these half an hour, but I could no longer get up and go up to the room. My legs were taken away. The husband is shocked ...Here, either for insurance, “take out the corpse” or just save the situation with a massage, but even here it is unlikely to help the first time. But, we had no choice and my husband went to the spa. I explained the situation to them, and they said without batting an eye: bring it on.
After listening very carefully to my problem and examining my back, Hanifi handed me over to Emre. Emre is not just a massage therapist, he is also a chiropractor. After a 15-minute sauna session, hot stone massage, stretching and repositioning began. I probably crunched all over Turkey, but when an hour and a half later Emre said - Its all. wake up. I thought I wouldn't get up.
Then he said bend over. And you won't believe it ...I was able to go into a full forward bend, reaching my fingers to the floor without bending my knees.
I won’t lie, my butt hurt, but my lower back ...She obviously felt better. After the massage, they recommended to repeat the sauna and then do some stretching exercises. It's getting easier for me.
The day before the flight, I felt that my lower back became easier, but it’s still hard for me to sit for a long time, I went down to Hanifi and Emre in the salon, they looked at my back and offered to go to the sauna again and do only a hot stone massage, assuring me that by the evening I will feel much better. And in the morning I will forget about everything. Of course I agreed...
During the massage, Hanifi told me that my illness is cured in 3-4 procedures and showed me the points that my husband should massage at home until he is completely cured.
And so it happened.
In the morning, Emre gave me a massage, we left the hotel at 16:00, I went to say goodbye to them, hugged them literally with tears in my eyes and boundless gratitude, for the fact that they did in 2 days what Moldovan masseurs could not do for months ...They only promised ...
Definitely, I want to return to this hotel, to these guys, for rehabilitation and relaxation. And, not for 2 emergency massage sessions, but for a normal complex of at least 5-7 procedures.
The sea is the same everywhere. The food is about the same everywhere. The kids club is not the most important thing at sea, though a nice bonus. But masseurs from God (Allah) are a rarity and I am sincerely grateful to the universe that they were in that place at the right time for me!

We went for breakfast, went to the reception and our room was already ready (because we had already rested at this hotel again). We were given a room in building 1 on the second floor overlooking the pool, the room was old, it was very stuffy, the sun shone through the window all day, and it was noisy. We went back to reception and said we would wait for another room. And they themselves went to rest by the pool. We arrived at the appointed time, we were given a room to choose from in buildings 5 and 6, in 5 it was very smoky, and we chose in 6, it was smaller than in 1, but newer, quiet and comfortable.
They wanted to change the standard to a family one, but they asked for 150 euros, and for a villa 100 euros per day - we refused. After 6 days, friends flew to us, we asked them in advance to settle on our floor, and they settled next to us. Thanks to the hospitality Olga for her help in this matter and for the presents. For the return visit and for the wedding anniversary, we received a beach bag as a gift, a cup, wine with fruit in the room, and they decorated a table in the restaurant (for free) and solemnly brought a cake in the shape of a heart, also decorated the room, brought flowers and a postcard. It was very nice for such attention.
The weather was quite good all the time. Sea +23 - +24, air +27 - +32. Only on the last day it was +23. Enough enjoyed the sun and swam in the sea. The pools were already cold, the water park worked, but few people rode the slides, as well as swam in the pools. Here in the indoor pool there were many children and adults. It was also possible to warm up in the free sauna and hammam nearby.
There was enough space on the beach, not close to the sea, but to the left of the beach at the end you could always find a free sunbed. There are small pebbles in front of the sea, we didn’t need safety shoes.
There are no complaints about nutrition - a lot of varied and tasty food. Every day themed dinners - oriental cuisine, Mexican, fish day, etc. Before entering, they were treated to drinks - champagne, tequila, brandy...
In the restaurant you take food yourself, there are sanitizers at the entrance, they give out masks, and in each row at the end you can also take a mask, plus the staff walks and hands it to those who do not have it. On the territory there are a sufficient number of bars where there are drinks of local and imported production. At the entrance to the beach there is a bar with soft drinks, on the left there are two bars where they make delicious cocktails. You can have a bite to eat in the snack bar, from 12 pm They make gozleme with cheese, meat and chocolate, there are vegetable snacks nearby. Ice cream was given in any amount from 10 am to 6 pm, both in plastic cups and in waffle cones. The bar I liked the most was the one at the reception. Especially the bartender (he looked like our TV presenter Slava Solomko to me), he was always positive and made delicious cocktails. From alcohol we liked Baileys, Ballantines whiskey, tequila, from cocktails: mojito, bloody Mary, Baileys cocktail with coffee...
The hotel closed on 11/01/21, food became more modest every day, because. new products were no longer imported, but they managed with what they had. We got to the Republic Day, a lot of locals came for the weekend and immediately the cuisine became richer. There were fireworks for this holiday, an interesting show.
Since the end of the season, the staff has also become less. Luna Park (it's free) worked from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, children's animators worked in it, who worked with children in the kids club in the morning (drawing, sculpting, playing, doing face painting). Children received certificates for participating in competitions. Animators and many staff from the CIS countries.
Every evening there were shows, after - a disco, karaoke, there was an Oktoberfest holiday, where there were a lot of beer and treats, it was very fun and festive.
Wi-Fi is free, worked well almost throughout and on the beach too.
Near the hotel there is a market, and if you walk about 20 minutes on the highway to the left, you will find Migros and many more different shops and markets.

There is no place to go near the hotel. There is a car rental near the hotel. In walking distance is something between a market and a shopping center.

Cleaning: no complaints, always on time, they won’t break into the room if the “do not disturb” sign is hanging, they will clean it even after 17:00, if necessary.
Territory: green, compact, well-groomed. Beach: clean, on the beach there is a turtle reserve and you can watch at night as soon as the hatched turtles crawl into the sea (the children were delighted). Service: mostly satisfied with everything, the waiters are friendly, the bartenders too, the dollar works wonders. Alcohol: if you want imported alcohol and high-quality cocktails - you are in the lobby, in the round-the-clock bar, the quality is limp. Meals: every day the same, no themed evenings. No one was hungry, but wanted some variety. There were sanitizers everywhere in the hotel, temperature measurement in the restaurant and visiting restaurants only in masks (they were given out at the entrance), BUT is it not possible to turn on the music on the beach? Music appeared near the pool a couple of days before departure and I'm sure this is due to people's complaints. At the same time, this problem was not in neighboring hotels. The only entertainment was darts, boccia and an evening show followed by a disco. For children, ONLY in the evening, a playground is open where you can watch cartoons and ride the slides. Everything that children's animators did: for $5 a sand drawing on a picture, for $15 - on a T-shirt, while a crowd of children were on the playground, but they did not need to be entertained in any way. The amusement park is closed, the water slides are open. On the water slides a very responsible lifeguard, on the sea - one!! ! And he doesn’t really look at the situation (on the phone).
Bottom line: if you go to lie down on the beach, you will succeed with a bang, but if you are with children under 6 years old and expect that they will be interested, you will be disappointed. It is better to choose hotels with certification, where everything works as usual.
