2. The staff is friendly.
3. There is no baby food at all, there weren’t even boiled vegetables, everything was peppered and salted.
4. The territory is green, well-groomed, but small, there are a lot of people.
5. The rotavirus infection is raging, the family fell ill (5 people), including a 2-year-old child, they had to put a dropper in the hospital; We are still dealing with the consequences.
- The territory is really green.
- Eating is not easy to fill the stomach. Varied and quite tasty.
Minuses:
- The area is too small.
- There is nothing to see outside the hotel: it is located in the village. We were sold it as a hotel near the forest - it's not.
- Alcohol is not Ultra AI. Turkish only.
- The rooms are tired, but not bad.
- Animation is weak.
- Possibly due to quarantine, but no sports activities were offered other than darts and air rifle shooting once a day.
Total:
Probably, when the hotel opened, it was a five-star hotel, but now it falls short.
There are 3 restaurants, 2 of them near the beach.
Neat deck chairs, solid awning, towels for free. The beach area is clean. Comfortable on the beach.
The territory of the hotel is green and well-groomed. There is a large beautiful pool. Rooms are clean, cleaned every day.
Thanks to all the hotel staff and Hakim, Nuriza (reception), Levent Demir. Thanks to the staff of the entire hotel for a warm, calm, perfect atmosphere!
I recommend this hotel.
I want a little more territory, but I can not say that it is uncomfortable. If you start from the price it is quite a good offer!
Everything suited us. There is a free safe in the room, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, EXCELLENT cuisine, clean tidy room with everything you need. A sufficient number of sunbeds on the beach and around the pool, beach towels, ALWAYS RESPONSIBLE STAFF (regardless of whether you tip or not). Many thanks to the management and staff of the hotel for their efforts and hard work!!!
The only negative for us was that many smoked, smoked where and when it was convenient for them, but this did not spoil the impression of the hotel in the slightest.
If you want to relax and have a good rest, you are in AYDINBEY FAMOUS RESERT.
The territory of the hotel itself is very compact, the beach is small, in the morning there are problems with sunbeds at 10 o’clock, the beach itself is not cleaned much, so cups and papers will be removed and that’s it. There can be no talk of sifting sand from gobies and other garbage
There are three pools, one large where everyone swims from young to old, a paddling pool and slides, two small slides, and then there is always a queue with children and Russo tourists.
I won’t write much about food, normal all-inclusive, you won’t be hungry, but you won’t see seafood or variety either.
Lines every morning for scrambled eggs, on the beach for tortillas and ice cream.
The rooms are not bad, we had a 2-room apartment with a view of the neighboring hotel, but this caused a lot of inconvenience, since in that hotel the music was rumbling until 1 am and so every day. The furniture is old and dead.
Animation, both for children and adults, no. Boring for everyone
The contingent of the hotel is 80% Russian, 15 Turks and 5% Ukrainians/Belarusians.
On the beach it seems that you are somewhere in the Crimea "Vova, smear my back", "Natasha, bring me a beer"
Noise, noise, nightmare. . .
The hotel is not worth the money they ask for it!
+ the apogee was that on the last day the children developed a rash on their arms and legs (Coxsackie) and when the hotel manager was told about it, he said that it was chicken pox)))) and they don’t have any Coxsackie
Although upon arrival, the guide from the tour operator asked to swim less in the pool and more in the sea) Probably for a reason
Accommodation: exactly at 12:00 immediately offer for 5 euros per day an additional room with a sea view. They put on key chains (which is mandatory if you lost 10 euros, the loss of a number card costs the same). For 4 people they gave 1 card, they asked and 2 - they gave it. The territory is small, the buildings are 4-5 floors. Elevators always fail. The room is ordinary, modest with old furniture and appliances. The iron is not available in the room, if you want to iron it - at least 3 euros for 1 ironed item. There is no kettle in the room, no coffee no tea. In the refrigerator only water and juices of poor quality. In the shower soap (similar to laundry) and shampoo, no shower gel.
Territory: small, nowhere to walk, went out and immediately all in one pile. Well-groomed, 3 clean pools, a water park and a stage for events and that's the whole territory.
Beach: very small, cramped, and even part of it is taken by a volleyball court. The water is either muddy with mud, or clean, you can’t understand. On the beach, as in Zatoka - whoever got up earlier, and sun loungers, Zatoka also reminded the sellers of corn, cotton candy and other products that were located there near the beach and shout "corn" along the beach every day.
Activities: sluggish animators, cheap show programs
Internet: no and will not be, so I was told in Guest relations. If you want to relax without the Internet, then you are here.
Food: I have never eaten such bad food in Turkey in my life (although I have already been 7 times). Every day the same dishes, french fries, pasta or mashed potatoes, you can even predict where - what. Very little meat, and the one that is of very poor quality. There is fish, sometimes good, but mostly thawed and fried. My children ate only pasta and potatoes for 7 days, there was nothing more, although it is written that there is a menu for children, do not believe it, there is nothing. When I asked the administrator why it was so, the answer was that the lira fell, prices increased by 40%. I will add from myself that the service fell by 60%. A lot of sweet, tasty. Fruits: apples, pears, watermelon, plums. Natural juices only for money (2 dollars a glass). Alcoholic drinks are enough for the whole taste, normal. Delicious ice cream from 14 to 17 hours. Coffee is normal only after 10 o’clock in any bar, until 10 only chemistry or diluted in a restaurant from 7 o’clock. The restaurant is very dirty, even children’s chairs are not washed, they had to be cleaned every time. Enough, eternal lines for food.
The room was cleaned normally, I can not say that it is clean, but good.
Bar service is good.
In general terms, they starved there for 7 days without the Internet, and there was no entertainment at all. I will not go there again, sorry for the money spent.
