Rested from 2 to 15 June with 2 children. The impression was good, I will write about what I did not like.
1. The location of the hotel is far from Belek. A completely wild place, we were told that in 2011 there was a swamp behind the fence, frogs croaked, there were many snakes and mosquitoes. Now it has been drained, there is a wasteland, the snakes seem to have crawled somewhere.
There are mosquitoes. If in Belek itself there is a lot of greenery and wonderful air, then there are recently planted half-dead palm trees. A hotel is being built nearby, so everything around is covered in construction dust and sand. There is no noise, however. finishing work has begun. I don’t know in honor of what this place is considered an expensive resort, apparently they decided so and that’s it!

2. We arrived at the hotel at 6 am and sat (half asleep, tired) in the lobby until 1 pm, waiting for the room. Even for the remuneration invested in the passport, we could not be settled in the room early, referring to the lack of free rooms. But this is more likely not the fault of the hotel, but such an organization on the part of the tour operator (Pegasus) - why bring us to hotels so early if accommodation starts after 13-00.
3. In the morning Zafira, a Kazakh woman, came to work at the reception and I was shocked by her behavior. Instead of hello - welcome to our hotel, she muttered without looking at me - "What do you have? " Not fatal, of course, but not pleasant. Hospitality is her job, after all.
4. Terrible organization of visiting a la carte restaurants. On the 3rd day of our stay, our daughter had a birthday and we planned to celebrate it in one of the restaurants. But as a result, we didn’t manage to get there on our birthday - we were not recorded on the day of arrival (a very strange and very slow girl who does not understand Russian at all from 9-30 to 11-00 writes down). we had not yet been moved into the room and were not entered into their computer (as if it was not known in advance who was leaving today and which room they would check us in at 13-00), although I asked for a birthday reservation. The next day we didn't get there. it turns out all the places were already scheduled for 3 days in advance. And then they changed the rules altogether and started recording every day. I believe that the hotel could have thought of such things in advance and invited to the restaurant in honor of the DR. I think there are not so many birthdays and guests would be pleased with such attention, especially since it costs nothing for the hotel.
5. Of course, they did not like their demonstrative love for the Germans. It's just disgusting to watch.
6. I did not like the entrance to the sea - stones, a rather sharp drop in depth, the water is already muddy in the afternoon. Not recommended for children and non-swimmers.
7. An evening entertainment show made by the forces of its animators simply shocked with its vulgarity and primitivism. But almost every 3 days professionals performed, there was a water show, Brazilian dances, Turkish night, magic show, acrobats. Just super!

I cannot recommend it (at least this year, next year it will probably get better). the hotel does not pull on 5 *, it is of course a good 4 * and the price, I think, should be like that of a 4-ki.
