We rested in Club Astoria Belek on 7.10. 2018 (2 adults and two children 4 and 9 years old) It was recommended to us by friends who had a rest in it a year ago and came back to us in this wonderful hotel. For which we are very grateful to them. We flew through the anex tour company, the flight and transfer went well on schedule. When we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately checked in and placed in a nice room. The territory amazed us with its greenery, you live like in a botanical garden, it is very well-groomed, the birds sing, sweet and juicy pomegranates grow on the trees. We liked the food, seafood, meat, fish, fruits, ice cream all day, sweets, etc. Everything was fresh! And the choice is great. Separately for children there was always fish and meat. The beach is well-groomed, the sea is warm and clean, sometimes there were not big waves, the children liked it. The slides are cool in the pool, my 4 year old son was delighted. I want to note that I completely agree with the reviews of other vacationers about Guest Relation Laura, who, like a fairy, does good deeds and takes care of everyone who needs any help ?? ? Many thanks to her for her help, responsiveness, understanding, and solving our requests ?????? . But unfortunately we were very unlucky with the guide, this is the first time, we have never had such situations with anyone !!! ! Her name is Svetlana, who simply dishonors the anex tour company with her presence, we tried to ask her for help in finding lost things, which she rudely refused us !!! ! And she only had to make 2 calls. But fortunately the world is not without good people and we managed to return the lost. In general, we liked the hotel and I'm sure we'll be back!
