What we liked:
1. Service and maintenance. Everything happens so quickly and unobtrusively that you don’t even have time to blink an eye. You are extremely polite. And people can see that this politeness is not sucked out of a finger, but they really like their work.
From this we can also draw a positive conclusion about the management of Eski Masal Hotel - the most comfortable working conditions have been created for all employees. This is very important in any business, and even more so in tourism. After all, the sincere smile of the staff, the better the impression of the hotel as a whole and, accordingly, the greater the influx of customers.
2. Kitchen. I don't like Turkish food. But here I, perhaps, made an exception. Eski Masal knows how to cook. It so happened that breakfast was included in the price of the room. I'll tell you honestly - for several years of marriage, I have never had such a delicious breakfast as here))) May my love forgive me. True, every morning I had to rejoice at the masterpieces from the chef ...a hundred years of life for this golden man.
3. Individual approach to each client. I don’t know how it is with others, but we felt it for ourselves to the fullest. We were always called transport, woke us up at the right time ...
wife does not eat spicy, the kitchen was warned about this once and henceforth we were served only non-spicy dishes. The TV was removed from our room (at our request, of course), because we did not want to waste our time on unnecessary things. We have a lot of cockroaches in our heads, but the guys from the etel coped with them with dexterity and ease, sometimes it was even scary - they say what kind of friendly human robots work here.
4. Location. Eski Masal is not located directly on the coast, which is both a plus and a minus at the same time. We were personally happy about this, because we enjoyed walking to the sea for 5-10 minutes. This makes it possible to mentally tune in to the beach and some water. It sounds a little funny, but what can we do - we are like that)) Also, all these drunken and noisy movements, clubs and violent tourists on the coast were not heard. However, not everyone likes to walk - most of the people want to leave the hotel and immediately find themselves on the beach.
5. City center.
You live in the very center of Antalya and don't worry about anything. Shopping, infrastructure, attractions, beach, restaurants, spas and more ...everything is at arm's length. But at the same time, you don't get the impression that you are in the center of the city. The location of the hotel is so good that it seems like the quietest place in the world - no noise, no crazy traffic, only peace and relaxation.
My impression of the Eski Masal Hotel in a nutshell - I RECOMMEND EVERYONE!
