Staff in general does not want to work, it seems that everyone is doing correctional work. The waiters in the canteen do not see you point-blank, they forget to bring the order, if you order more than two drinks, the third and the rest do not bring, in the order of things to pour the remnants of some cocktail left over from the previous tourist in the bar at the table, they not only do not apologize, but they don't wipe off the table either. There is no cleaning in the rooms at all, on the third day they didn’t know where to put household garbage (there was an idea to throw it out into the common corridor), the soap ran out, after visiting and complaining at the reception, they pretended to clean up and even changed the top sheets. They tried to leave a tip in the room, the tip was cleaned, the room was not (they made the beds for the sake of appearance and carefully laid out the used towels) never once in 14 days did they vacuum the carpet in the room and did not wash the floor on the balcony (on the 8th day, the wife herself washed, I had to donate an old T-shirt). In general, it is very surprising for me that with such a service there are a lot of tourists from Europe in the hotel, so I made the only logical conclusion that Russian tourists (i. e. from Russia) are not liked there. Tourists from Russia be careful!! ! You are waiting for a complete lack of service!! ! For the sake of interest, I learned at the reception the share of Russian tourists is less than 20% and tends to zero.
