Before buying a tour, I read the reviews for a very long time and meticulously, so I think that maybe my experience will help someone decide on the choice of a hotel. In my opinion, the review is as realistic as possible. I flew with my husband and daughter 2.8 years old. We didn’t have any special flight and getting to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel at the reception, we were told that the hotel was making gifts and we were settled in a family in a place of a paid standard, we were happy and satisfied and went to the room (the settlement took 5 minutes and without additional money). The room on the 4th floor is spacious, the furniture is new, the design is beautiful, everything is standard in the refrigerator, everything is clean, the only negative is the central air conditioning and for some reason it turns on in the afternoon when everyone is on the beach or near the pool, but since we were in the month of May there was no particular discomfort. Leaving the room, I left a tip on the bedside table on the first day, but no one took it, I then looked through there is a special tip envelope. No complaints about cleaning. In our bathroom, the water stopped switching to the shower, after contacting the reception, they repaired it on the same day. The restaurant has a lot of meat, fruits, sweets, food for every taste, there are both spicy and dietary dishes. The waiters are quite attentive, we did not notice a bad attitude towards Russian-speaking tourists. The pool bar is similar, ice cream from 12 to 24h from 12.30 sausages (not very tasty), fried potatoes, hamburgers, fruits, coffee (not natural), in general, you obviously won’t die of hunger. The area is a little small, but very close to the sea. The animation is not intrusive, during the day there are competitions by the pool, in the evening the show was enough for us. At the hotel, the Tour Tess company was represented by a girl named Christina, then of course she clearly could not answer a single question. I read about good shopping on the Internet and decided to try it, but I was disappointed, there are two supermarkets Kundu Bazaar and Prestige Bazaar nearby, the quality is not very good, and the prices are higher than Dnepropetrovsk ones, I did not see the expediency in shopping. We tried to take minibus 102.103 to Dipo, this is not a bad store; the quality and choice are good; there are chain and Turkish stores, children's attractions (they barely pulled their daughter out). Whoever wants to ride, I warn you that you have to wait for the minibus back on the 4th road, and not on the one you came along. We can say that we are satisfied with the rest, in my opinion the best combination of price and quality!
