We chose it because we went on vacation with two children, and according to price offers, it was the most adequate for accommodation in 2 rooms. For example Amara Dolce Vita a regular room for 4 (not even in the main building! ) also cost.
Also a big plus is an individual transfer to all guests of IC RESIDENCE, by the way, if the tour operator does not indicate this to you on the tour, feel free to contact the hotel and you will be met absolutely exactly! and they will take you to the airport (for free), we did just that, Teztour was completely lazy - it is obviously difficult for them to do this themselves (to write off the hotel and stipulate this service), so they do not indicate this in the package and even deny the existence of such (although the hotel positions it) .
They didn’t worry about the location (many people speak very negatively about Kundu, they say nature is not the same as in Kemer), but on the territory of this hotel you find a wonderful landscape and you won’t regret the location a bit (if you have enough hotel territory and you are not a supporter of 2 hour walks). The hotel is sooooo green, the area is very well maintained.
Lake villa rooms are very comfortable for children or 4 adults. One caveat - there is no TV in the parents' bedroom (for whom this is a necessary attribute-sory) there is in other rooms. Own access to the pool and each room has its own deck chairs and its own veranda. True, in October in this pool the water is already very cool, in the summer I think just right.
Rooms 5000-5008 are not very good due to the fact that the windows of the second bedroom overlook the main entrance to the IC GREEN PALACE hotel, as well as the adjacent territory of the other hotel. Because of this, in the morning there is noise from technical machines, in the evening until 3 because of the disco.
It doesn't bother you if you yourself like to buzz up to 2-3 : -) and also if you sleep with the windows closed (in October I wanted to sleep with the windows open, in the summer when it's hot, I think everyone sleeps with air conditioning).
I also want to note that Lake villas are not very safe for children under 5 years old in terms of the fact that the access to the pool from the rooms is not fenced by anything and if parents like to relax, it will not work, you need an eye and an eye for a child, don’t sit on the verandah yet the child is running! In this regard, Bali villa is better.
From the room to the beach, if it's too lazy to stomp your feet, they take you in a minicar : -), call through the reception.
Cleaning is perfect, no special tip was left, the quality did not change from this. The minibar was filled every day, fruits and nuts too. For both of these services, you can specify the time until which you want to receive a room in order (it’s convenient if the children themselves or like to sleep during the day, they don’t bother)
There is only one restaurant - but it is very good, in terms of service SUPER!
there is one waiter for 2-3 tables, and the guys are all good fellows who are not annoying (whom it annoys), they can say: not what will you do, but what will you do : -), very kind and patient with everyone (regardless of nationality). Drinks are all free (both local and imported! ). The choice of food is very good and al carte and buffet. Dinner and lunch menu changes. For children under 2 years old, it’s hard with special food, but ours is already after 2, so she eats everything and in this regard there was nothing specific that would not be edible for a child. The cuisine is basically European (and not a parody, but a good copy)
For a change, you can visit the restaurants in the main hotel, but they did not impress us, due to the fact that the service was immediately not the same.
The beach service is also great! ! !
The only negative is that the kids club is not very high, there is no normal playground (this is how the town with two slides stands), there are no swings, the playroom is very uncomfortable, not beautiful, the main building is generally terrible (poor dirty room with a minimum of toys). Guard animators! lazy girls without, such a talk that the ears wither, not active, not attractive. Children are not interested in them, so if parents hope to relax themselves and give pleasure to children, they will have to deal with them themselves, otherwise poor children: -(.
