We went to this hotel with a large group of 17 people; I've been to Dolphin hotels. Impression left to say frankly not very much. Of course, the hotel itself is equal, the food is very good, but most of the attendants have nothing to say: the waiters are not attentive, the animators are boring, with more than one Russian speaker, the animation chief tries to speak Russian, but the accent, as well as English, is simply disgusting. To summarize briefly, I definitely don’t go to the Palace anymore.
