Rested at the hotel from October 5 to October 16.2021.
Budget five, rather 4.5.
The general impression is favorable, it is felt that the owner of the hotel is a good person and does a lot to ensure that guests are satisfied, with the exception of one thing - he does not spend enough money on food and purchasing a larger assortment of expensive and delicious products, for a 5 * hotel the food is somewhat monotonous, to unfortunately, although almost everything is cooked soundly, clean and tasty.

I am surprised by the huge number of ordered reviews about the hotel on the sites. They are immediately visible - they praise the animation very much and list all the animators by name. Apparently, the animators themselves write them, at the request of the management, a common practice. Well, which of the guests would think of remembering their names, I don’t understand? Clearly clear, they are trying, well done, but they are not professional actors, magicians and other circus performers, they are not stars, and not super something to remember them.
Hotel pros:
- beauty and cleanliness almost everywhere, wonderful architectural appearance of the hotel building
- Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, including the area in front of it
- attentive attitude to the guests at the reception (hello to the wonderful girl Tina)
- beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the loggias, in the hotel rooms
- the shuttle goes to the beach often, and the beach is pleasant, small pebbles, and on the beach in the bar there is delicious ayran
- in the restaurant and on the beach there was wonderful delicious white grapes, I want to note it separately, thank you! Sometimes in the evening the restaurant served baked fish and grilled chicken, very tasty!
Cons of the hotel:
- monotonous food, suitable for a maximum of a 4 * hotel
- a musty smell in the spa, and an inconvenient mode of changing towels - only one option is possible: they took it in the morning, handed it over in the evening, and nothing else. The administrator (an elderly blonde who has seen better times) is adamant in this regard
- in my room No. 6112 in the bathroom there was no siphon in the sink, and therefore the smell of sewerage constantly came from its drain hole. I don't know, is this know-how only in my bathroom, or is it all over the hotel? And I didn’t like the small footage of the room, 5 * nevertheless...
- on the beach, the sunbeds are set close, that's what I can't stand, so it's such tightness! but there's nothing to be done, the beach is small
- the waiters in the restaurant strive to get to know each other, and invite you to have a pleasant time outside the hotel in full... insolent
- there are no good shops for shopping around the hotel, with reasonable prices
Will I return to this hotel again? Maybe yes, maybe no, everything will depend on the price of it.
The bay is very beautiful, the sea is marvelous, there are pretty pine trees around it, but, unfortunately, the beach is crowded, and this is in October, so what is there in season?
