Now about the staff, we were greeted well, immediately sent to the room, the waiters and cleaning staff were very polite and smiling. As for the bartender in the Lobi near the reception, where there is the largest concentration of vacationers, he was annoyed and rude, sometimes even raising his tone at my husband for violating the distance (when the husband just came closer to the bar to read the menu) although at the same time this the bartender almost licked his lips with tipsy young ladies, they didn’t need the distance...

Many services at the hotel are for an additional fee, and the fee is still not small, for example, we used the ironing of a dress - it cost us $ 6, weighing a suitcase - $ 2, packing - $ 6. Massages and other relaxation treatments also cost about $35. At the end of our holiday, even at the reception they didn’t communicate with us very friendly, they refused a lunch box, saying that they didn’t have such a service, and they said that now the restaurant is open and we can go for a quick bite, but when we got there, we They said it wasn't lunchtime yet.
In general, we got bored in the hotel for 3 days, a very monotonous pastime . .
