For the first time, I decided to go on vacation to Turkey with my family. For a long time I studied information about the country, about the region, about hotels and prices. Despite the negative reviews, I still decided to opt for this hotel (I won’t say why in my life, I somehow felt like it). I bought a tour package from CoralTravel, booked two rooms (me + wife and mother + daughter), on August 18.2019, we arrived in Antalya. The transfer took us to the hotel by 18:00. The check-in went quite quickly: at the very check-in at the hotel, we were put on bracelets, and after 15 minutes we were given cards from numbers 418 and 419. The porter boy helped us lift our suitcases to the 4th floor by elevator to the room.

My wife and I went into room number 418, put our things down, started looking around, and then it began:


1) Corridor - a sign on the door, hanging crookedly above the peephole; the internal lock on the lock of the front door does not work; the door closes only with the use of force (tight); the lamp is old, it shines weakly; everything else (mirror, hanger) is normal.
2) Bathroom - no hangers for towels, only remnants of fixtures; toilet holder paper is broken; the faucet on the washbasin is old and shabby, leaking; a mirror lined at the bottom; the toilet is almost new, the seat is clean; the toilet flush button is clean on top, below it is moldy; shower cabin doors are old but working fine; the shower column is covered with rust, the shower head is 60% covered with fungus (! ); plums worked fine; soap, shampoo, toilet. paper - there were.

3) The sleeping part - a small double bed (approximately 150 cm), shabby laminate on the floor, only two sockets - one near the TV, the second - almost in the center of the head of the bed (!
); TV - 32", working, clean, showed 7 channels - 3 Russian and 4 Turkish; the closet next to the bed is large, old, obviously being repaired (patch on the outside), the doors worked with a slight jam; a refrigerator was found in the cabinet under the TV - a mini-bar, the door is broken at the bottom, to close it, you need to lift it all the time with your hands, inside the refrigerator is not very clean; the cabinet, in which the refrigerator is located - the same age as the cabinet, also underwent minor repairs, in one place something was tinted; air conditioning - almost new, the first days there was an unpleasant smell, then - then, probably, they got used to it; bed linen - worn in pellets, but clean (changed every other day); bath towels - old, all stained (! ), face towels - a little newer, but also came across with stains, towels for legs, oddly enough, the newest and cleanest; a mirror in the room, a bedside table and an ottoman are normal; window handle is broken.

4) Balcony - small, overlooking the path, the neighboring hotel and the open part of the restaurant (below); plastic furniture - old, stained, but intact; there is no clothesline, only the remains of fasteners (things were dried on furniture); but the biggest minus of the balcony is two (! ) external units of air conditioners (our room and the next one), they gave out hot air, which made it impossible to be on the balcony.

In general, the number made an indelible impression on me!! ! Mom and daughter had a better room than ours, everything was not so dead, but at night, when we were preparing to leave, we found a whole flock of bedbugs in it: they climbed on the bed, on the walls, on the floor, near the doors; disgusting sight!! ! During the eviction, I informed the administrator about this, he listened indifferently, said that he would pass the information on to the management and that’s all ...We warned our friends in this hotel about such a threat, but, thank God, they seem to be clean ...
There were a few other things that I really didn't like:

1) Administrative staff - after identifying problems with the number, I turned to the administrator at the reception. He listened to me carefully, said that there were no exchange numbers, recorded my complaints, promised that everything would be fixed tomorrow. At the same time, he had such an indifferent expression that I immediately realized that no one would do anything!! ! The next day, a girl stood at the reception desk, with exactly the same expression on her face, in the same way she promised that everything would be eliminated. As I expected, nothing was done for a whole week, on the faces of administrators - always complete indifference. I would like the manager or owner of the hotel to pay attention to this fact, but something tells me that they do not care!!!

2) Some meat dishes, for example, cutlets, are prepared from semi-finished products, I myself saw the process of unpacking the box, taking pancakes out of there, and frying them on the grill.
By the way, sausage and sausages taste just awful, you can’t eat it!

But there were moments that I will remember with special pleasure:


1) Animation - Gino's group is simply incomparable!! ! Timo, Ali, Dina and Luka - they organized unforgettable events and performances every day, from water aerobics to the Turkish Night show. They turned on everyone: both children and adults, everyone got their attention, the children were delighted with them !! ! Any event was fun, active and funny. But I especially want to highlight Timo and Ali - their performance in the show "Turkish Night" (Timo was lying on broken glass, Ali was playing with fire) is simply incomparable!! ! From the first day these guys made me forget about at least half of the unpleasant moments, only thanks to them I did not raise a big scandal for the whole hotel!

2) Hamam at the hotel - the manager Bilal and his staff will give you 1.
5 hours of unforgettable sensations: sauna, hammam itself with foam wrapping, clay or chocolate masks, and of course Massage (with a capital letter). And that's just what I had, the girls had more procedures. The masseur Alexey worked so well with my muscles that I was afraid to take off when I left!! ! In the process, relaxing music sounds, they are treated to pomegranate tea. The prices are normal, if you go with the whole family, Bilal will make a good discount! In general, I recommend to everyone!!!

3) Of course, this is the sea, Akdenyz in a local way!! ! Clean warm water, transparent to such an extent that near the buoys (about 4-5 meters deep) you can clearly see the whole bottom and what is on it! Flocks of small silvery fish swim near you. The water is three times saltier than in the Black Sea, it is difficult to dive deeper than 2 meters, throws it to the surface; stings eyes a little. Also, some small fish are very fond of biting their legs, so it will not work to stand still.
4) Manager of the Vento Premium store (do not take it as an advertisement) Khalil is a very good and sympathetic person, on our first day he approached us, talked, offered his products - leather clothes and furs. The purchase of this product was not included in our budget, which we honestly informed him about. Despite this, Khalil invited me to his store anyway, he has an excellent assortment, the products that I examined are of very good quality, I did not remember the prices, but they seem to be at a normal level. The fact that we did not become his customers did not change his attitude towards us in any way: he talked with us every day on various topics, more than once gave us useful advice regarding our independent trip to Alanya, about shopping there, the rules of behavior on the street, how to trade, etc.


5) Hotel Eray's Hookah Man is a hookah maker! His hookah can be smoked for 4-5 hours!! ! And the price for a hookah is the cheapest in the area, people go to it from other hotels!!!
He also sells ice cream and milkshakes, the girls took them, they say that they are delicious! But hookah - it really calms)))

6) The work of the rest of the staff: cooks - trying to cook something tasty from low-quality products - this is selfless work, thanks to them; waiters - they are everywhere, they are always - fast, agile, friendly, always happy to help - a sharp contrast with the administrators; maids - like cooks, are trying to do the impossible, maintaining cleanliness and order in these miserable rooms, bow to them for this !!!

The general conclusion: the rating that this hotel has on various resources is the merit of the people who work in it, except for the administration, the merit of which is all the negative reviews !! ! I will not come back here and do not recommend to others!
