A little shocked by the reviews I read. Why so much negativity? We have the most favorable impressions!
We drove from the Dnieper through Odessa. We arrived late in the evening, but the staff kindly offered us sandwiches.
For a family, we booked a room for four, which was provided. The room is clean and tidy. The plumbing in the bathroom worked flawlessly. Before the trip, we read reviews, so the bathroom was examined meticulously. No traces of mold or dirt were found.
The maid came to clean every day. A couple of times they even asked not to come to us. Towels were changed with every cleaning. Stocks of toilet paper, soap, gel, etc. were replenished regularly.
Wi-Fi is available at the reception. The cost is $1 per day.
The hamam, hairdresser, spa, first-aid post, etc. worked. The refrigerator worked poorly. But for drinks and even children's curds it was enough.
It is also difficult to stay hungry in the hotel. Food can be chosen for every taste.

In addition to the main stands with food, fruits, desserts, tea and coffee and a bar with alcohol and non-alcoholic, there is a grill bar. Here, as a minus, we can note that we often had to stand in line. But, given that the food is being prepared in front of your eyes, you can forgive). There are really too many people who want it.
The restaurant is cozy with large panoramic windows. There is also an open terrace under a canopy.
There is a bar downstairs by the pool. Selection of coffee, alcohol, as well as cola and other soft drinks. Those who wanted to collect burgers themselves. All the blanks were in the vessels, there were sauces. Everyone made their own burger. Some took alcohol and burgers with them to the beach. Although personally I do not understand the desire to eat on the beach. Moreover, they are fed in such a way that we even stopped going to breakfast so as not to overeat.
The promenade area is very cozy. There is also a well-equipped playground with various swings.
The hotel has a swimming pool with water slides and a paddling pool for kids. Around the pool there are a lot of sun loungers with umbrellas. I can't comment on the pool. We passed by. After all, there is a pool at home, but there is no Mediterranean Sea)
There is also a hookah area. Entertainment programs in the evenings. First for the kids. Moreover, the animator communicates with children throughout the day wherever he sees: in a restaurant, on the beach, on the playground, in the lobby. In general, everywhere. Then, when the children's time ends, the adult program begins.
The beach is very close to the hotel, 20-25 meters. Both the beach itself and the bottom are covered with dense sand. The entrance is long and comfortable. On the beach there is a tent with soft drinks and a coffee machine. There is no alcohol in the tent, so those who like to stink on the whole beach with alcohol have to carry alcohol from the bar)))
Enough space for tents. True, since we arrived almost before dinner, there were no more places.
But we turned to the young man in the tent with drinks and he provided us with sunbeds very quickly. When you enter the hotel after the beach, the sand is washed off in equipped foot washers. There is also a shower.
There are restrooms near the bar and the pool. They are also clean.

Very convenient location of the hotel. The building itself and the beach are located in a large bay. Therefore, large waves were almost never seen there. The bay was calm even when we went to Cleopatra and the sea was a little stormy there. The center of Incekum with a bunch of different shops, cafes, boutiques and public transport is about 300 meters away. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the center of Avsalara.
Very friendly attitude of the staff, and indeed the Turks, to the Ukrainians! I suspect that the negative reviews are written by an offended Russian. Well ...For what they fought, they ran into something. Let them get used to it.
Rest were very satisfied.
