Upon arrival (we were late), we were given a plate of stewed and fresh vegetables. Not tasty, but thanks for taking care.
Settled. There was mold and fungus on the ceiling in the room. I asked to change the number. Changed without problems, immediately. In this second room, as it turned out later, there was no hot water. The next day I reported this problem to the reception. In all seriousness, the administrator suggested that when it would be necessary to wash, take the key to 314 (sort of) rooms and wash there. I said that it would be inconvenient for us and I wanted a room with hot water. We were moved to a third room overlooking the sea (and the road). Upon checking, it turned out that there was hot water. The joy was short-lived, the water disappeared after a few minutes and did not appear again.
The next day, a meeting was scheduled with the hotel guide (from our Intourist, this is a pleasant charming boy Bakhtiyar). Bakhtiyar went with us to the reception and, after talking in Turkish with the administrator, found out that the hotel has rooms with hot water. And there are rooms where there have always been problems with her. And he also said that tomorrow a room with hot water would be free and we would be settled there. The next day we were settled in our fourth room, 102. And we got high. There was always hot water in the room, and, quite by accident, I caught wi-fi from the lobby.

Swimming pool: yes. Visually clean. I swam there a couple of times. There is a hill. The owner of the hotel also bathes in this pool.
Food: the choice is very monotonous and meager. For example, for breakfast it is: sausages, boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, greens, two types of cheese, sausage, honey, two types of jam, bun, cottage cheese, cereal. For breakfast, the chef makes scrambled eggs. The funny thing is that not everyone gets this scrambled egg. That is why in this hotel you should not clap your ears, but get up before dawn and go to breakfast with the first roosters, it starts here at eight. Who did not have time, he will be left without fried eggs. Meat is a sore subject. He is not. Sometimes you can meet for lunch, and more often only for dinner - one dish with chicken or turkey. Once for dinner there was fish on the grill, once - chicken on the grill, once - chicken from the oven, once - something like shawarma. Everything - strictly according to the issuance, i. e. piece by piece on one plate. If you are late and do not come to dinner at least until seven in the evening, stewed vegetables will remain from the food, it is not customary to replenish the meat dish here. Desserts - the choice is poor, only for lunch and dinner 1-2 types. Fruits - two kinds of apples, watermelon, orange. Grapes were served a couple of times for dinner. The bun is one species throughout the entire time. No more baking. Sausages are more or less edible, sausage and cheese are impossible to eat.
In fairness, it’s worth saying that everything that is cooked (I don’t know if they make it here or bring it) is all delicious. Chicken, fish, stewed vegetables, baked potatoes and french fries - in my opinion, very tasty.

Drinks: Coffee from the machine is disgusting. I enjoyed drinking tea with honey. Water in the cooler near the restaurant. There is also water on the beach, and some colored water, I didn’t drink it. Drinks at the bar: I drank a mojito, my companion was whiskey and cola. I don't know about alcohol.
Housekeeping: perhaps the most sore point in this hotel. Everything else can be understood and forgiven, but the disgusting cleaning, the bad preparation of the room for check-in is impossible to forgive. For the entire stay in the room, the floor was wiped once (it was wiped and only in the room, in the bathroom - no). Dust is not wiped during cleaning, in general, there is no cleaning as such. One evening I had the need to change the sheet and coverlet. With great difficulty they found two sheets for me, one of which was dirty and the other small. The room is hardly prepared for check-in. They limit themselves to changing bedding, towels and dust from above. Nobody here cleans sinks, toilet bowls, faucets - they are terribly dirty. Moreover, I am not the most harmful guest, I don’t need the bed to be changed every other day, for example, people who complain that they don’t change their bed every day are always surprised. But the negligent attitude of the maids to work is simply amazing.
The general condition of the hotel: three with a minus. Non-closing doors in the toilets on site, dirty rooms, no hot water.
Beach: across the road. Small and large pebbles are bare. The beach itself is sandy. Not to say that it is dirty here. It is removed from the garbage, but not fanatically. I love the sea in any manifestation and form, so everything is ok with the beach and the sea. The beds are dirty and cracked. There are no beach towels. For an afternoon snack, they bring a few desserts for a snack.
Location: good. The fact that the sea is across the road (you need to go through the tunnel) is a plus. Shops, market nearby, stop opposite. We went to Alanya a couple of times to Cleopatra beach, it’s cool there.

Hotel guide: we went from Intourist, we had a guide Bakhtiyar. Good boy. He agreed on a new room for us, and he said: it’s impossible without hot water, let’s go make a riot. We took one excursion from him, a sightseeing tour to Alanya. We really liked it, really. Bus on time, fortress, port, mountains, Dim Cave, good lunch, wine tasting, boat trip. The views are amazing, the tour guide is great. We are aware that excursions "on the street" are cheaper, but we deliberately took a tour from Bakhtiyar, because everyone needs to earn money: he, the guide, the bus driver, those who cooked dinner, the boys from the ship, etc. in terms of man-hours, these are pennies.
We went for 7 nights in mid-September, paid 57.000 for the tour for two (including the flight).
