Жахливий готель!!! Не рекомендую! Terrible hotel!!! I do not recommend!

We stayed in this hotel from July 11 to 13.2023, we could not stand it anymore in this terrible place, we were changed to a hotel, thanks to our tour operator Join Up. There are no pluses here - the hotel is very dirty, really unsanitary in the rooms and everywhere, with old furniture, dusty and cracked walls, terrible dirty and broken sanitary ware, very dirty carpet, air conditioners that have not been cleaned of mold. The bathroom is so small that with a weight of 54 kg, I could barely fit into the shower, 2 people in the bathroom won't fit. The wardrobe is small even for 1 person and there is no place to even hang a dress, it is low. There is only one channel with Russian news on TV)) Air conditioners are not turned on at the reception and in the dining room. The staff is unfriendly and unfriendly to Ukrainians. I was openly hinted that they hate us. Food is just terrible, m?
food only in minced meat or some kind of stew, everything in gravy, sometimes smelly fish, wild pears and apples from fruits, warm watermelon can be for dinner. Vegetables are often sour. After eating them, heartburn and nausea are common phenomena, the children could not eat anything there at all. And at the same time, everything is absolutely dirty - starting from the lobby, rooms, dining room and dishes, ending with pools and abandoned territory. There is no animation at all, no entertainment for children and adults. The safe and internet are paid - $2 per day. Towels are available for rent - $2 each. Sunbeds are generally antediluvian and dirty, often broken. The sea is more or less clean, but to swim in it, you can break all your feet with stones, it is impossible without special shoes. Definitely not suitable for children. The hotel corresponds to 2* maximum, exactly and not close to 4*. I do not recommend in any case. You will spoil your vacation!
