3. The staff is invisible, all the necessary manipulations to maintain cleanliness and order are hidden from prying eyes.
4. The rooms are like in a sanatorium: nothing superfluous, modest, clean, ergonomic, without chic.
5. Tourists are mostly elderly Germans. What can not but rejoice.
