They didn’t like it a bit that the air conditioner was opposite the bed - and if you leave it on - it’s not much pleasant when it constantly blows on you - but you can’t turn it off there - it was just that it was very hot during such a period.

Very good hotel, excellent location, next to a huge park with children's and sports grounds, Cleopatra beach, around the mountain. Free Wi-Fi throughout, helpful owner, delicious food, nice pool with a children's area and slides.

The hotel is on the first line, the beach through the square in one minute walk. Check-in at 14.00. The room is clean and well maintained. Cleaning every day with change of towels. Bed linen was changed twice in 10 days. Good food in the restaurant. A variety of meat dishes, a lot of deliciously cooked vegetables, cakes, seasonal fruits, beer, wine, drinks, ayran, soups for lunch and dinner.

Nice pool with sunbeds around it. Well coordinated team work, everyone is friendly and attentive. Due to quarantine measures, food was distributed by cooks and waiters, there were small queues, but everyone was served quickly. Wifi worked well throughout the hotel and in the room. I liked everything very much. Second time we would come here.

Since it’s really 2 minutes walk from the sea and you need to go through a picturesque park, we can safely say that the hotel is not on the second, but on the first line. On the territory of the hotel, everything is compactly located, clean, a lot of greenery, which is diligently looked after. Cleopatra Beach is something! The water is perfectly clear and warm, the sea, of course, with waves, but tolerable. And the sand is fine, light, it's so nice to walk on it and sunbathe, just lying on the shore! The hotel has excellent service, like at the reception, where every request is rushed to fulfill, and service, housekeeping - the highest level! Excellent, clean, not a speck of dust, clean towels and beds, replenishment of water supplies and facilities. hygiene. As for food, I will say this - very worthy and varied. A good selection of meat and fish dishes for lunch and dinner, a lot of vegetables ready and fresh. Fresh fruits daily - melon, watermelon, peaches, plums, apples. Chicken is cooked very tasty - spicy and very juicy! Drinks - juices and wine are delicious. The hotel staff are very pleasant and friendly people, they create an atmosphere of comfort around each guest! The swimming pool is clean and the water is nice. The only thing - the rooms seemed cramped, but well furnished, filled with everything you need. In general, we are very glad that we visited this hotel, we are already considering it for a holiday this year. I liked everything - the attitude, the food, and the service!
