For starters - a long road to the hotel. Luckily, the air conditioning on the bus worked.
Settlement! The reception says "From 14.00". Be prepared that this means not to settle at 14.00, but you can stand in line 0-o-o- for a very long time. They give you the key and it's just like a lottery!!!
We got room 4122A (first floor). Before reaching our building, panic was already beginning. The approach to the body did not have at all (photo attached). Also a bad sewer smell.
As soon as I entered the room, I wanted to leave immediately. So:
- the whole floor is covered with ants (as they found out later, they bite)
- on the table there are sticky marks from glasses and the glass itself with some kind of liquid
- someone already walked on the floor in dirty shoes and pretty much inherited
- the bed is dirty (there is a photo) with traces of children's feet, the pillow is in such a state as if they had just slept on it, the bedspread (with which to hide) is stained as if they wiped the floor

- in the closet !!! ! It was a shock! ! A towel hanging in traces of blood !!!
- no towels
- in the bathroom fungus on everything. The toilet is full of sand, dirt and water has not been flushed. And when you take a shower on the top floor, you can not turn on the water at home - the water flows directly from the ceiling (already with someone else's soap)
- balcony. So how's the balcony? A couple of rows of tiles, and then it's just a flower bed with garbage.
Naturally, when they went to ask to be relocated, there were no free rooms (even for an additional fee). Almost with a fight, we managed to interrogate the manager, because the guy at the reception does not always speak Russian (when you come to find out something, he doesn’t understand, but explaining the way is no problem).
We flew for 6 days, one and a half of which solved issues with the number, and when we moved, then there were not without problems. With bedding, towels and a TV, we decided for another half a day.
Sunbeds on the sea and near the pools are always occupied with towels or things, but there are no people. Even at night.
The beach itself is good, but the entrance to the sea is sharp stones and special shoes would be better, even though the hotel website says that the entrance is sandy…
