Sometimes good hotels are scolded and bad ones are praised. And there is no contradiction here. It is also important how much you paid for your vacation. So, for this hotel we paid not very cheaply, as for a good full-fledged four (we believed the reviews and the travel agent), but we did not receive the services and the expected comfort for this money.
There is no territory - a small pool and that's it! The hotel is sandwiched between the same as he is. But we were ready for this. And the fact that you need to cross the road from the second building to the bar or dining room came as a surprise.
The food is the simplest, like in a factory canteen.
The reception area and dining room are absolutely miserable. Heat, no air conditioning, cats.
Drinks - beer is actually non-alcoholic, strong drinks are generally sad, Cola is only mixed with ice, coffee is only from a coffee machine (no real Turkish), juices are only yuppies from the machine.
The rooms are small but we only slept there.

Beach, as in the description, 250-300 meters from the hotel. There were enough places and umbrellas for everyone. The beach is closed in the evening.
The reception staff speaks good Russian, they did not extort money during the settlement. Staff more/less. The guys are smiling, smart, a little untidy. The barmaid in Russian no boom-boom, emphatically slow, pours beer and makes it clear what an incredible favor she is doing you.
In general, the hotel is somehow "unfinished".
