I went to the hotel with a friend, focusing on the positive reviews. I used to love to travel to Turkey, rested in hotels of various levels. Trust me! It's not 4*! Unsanitary conditions, vacationers are forced to drink from dirty glasses and glasses, if you ask to pour it into processed dishes, they are indignant and wave a pen at you ("they say, go home, go home"). When a young man is on duty at the reception, check-in is problematic, even if there are free places. Cleaning of rooms for a double (circle of other people's hair). Even the ants were bred.
Thank you for smoothing out the Russian-speaking girl at the reception and the cook, who "sick at heart" for the hotel. Without them, there would be nothing pleasant to remember. The food is not bad, well-prepared, we constantly thanked the chef (he is always in the hall, polite, helpful, always happy with a good mood). The girl from the reception tried to solve all the problems, and whoever checked in on her shift was lucky.
At the same time, the hotel is favorably located, close to the beautiful Cleopatra beach (part of the beach is assigned to the hotel, sunbeds and umbrellas are free). If it were not for the heat and the pandemic, there is where to take a walk.

But, in general, the opinion about the hotel is negative. I do not recommend it to anyone. If you are traveling, keep the dishes clean and take medicines for intestinal infections (((
