The first impression of the hotel was not very good. Arriving at the hotel at 10 am, we were registered in it after only an hour and a half !! ! And the settlement itself waited 4 hours, explaining this by the fact that until 14:00 the rooms are cleaned after the departed tenants. Although the hotel is half empty, there are very few people everywhere. I have never experienced such customer service anywhere else! We will never come here again and will not recommend to anyone. It's a shame to waste half a day out of 7 days on a stupid waiting for a room at the reception. The staff at the reception is very indifferent and did not listen to requests in principle!
