Not bad for a 3* hotel. Our room was on the 4th floor. The room is spacious, but stained everywhere (rugs, mirrors, beds, table). Toilet paper at the entrance had to be "extracted", the garbage for the previous guests also had to be taken out by ourselves. The food was delicious and varied, but the Turks impose food behind glass at your request.

The food was delicious and varied, but the Turks impose food behind glass at your request. So, the Turk takes a plate and with each visitor goes through all the dishes, imposing what you ask for, while the rest stand in line at this time.
The bar has soft drinks all day, beer (like water, and then until it runs out) and wine (sour, like vinegar).
Sea across the road. The sea is excellent. The entrance is sand and pebble or from a pontoon, as you like. Special footwear is not needed.
On the beach there is a bar with soft drinks, and a very nice man: he is a bartender, he is also a lifeguard, he also makes sure that everyone has enough seats... We always brought him an apple, candy or seeds - he is very happy...
An unpleasant incident happened to us: we got stuck in the elevator and the hotel administration decided to hang their problem on us... Not only did we sit for 20 minutes together in a cramped elevator and almost suffocated, but when they got us out of there, we were told that we’ll have to pay for it... For 3 days we were waiting for a verdict, called representatives of the Anex tour, a hotel guide, an online tour agency in Zaporozhye helped to get out of the situation, and it almost came to the tourist police... They came up with different versions of HOW we broke the elevator for them and they wanted the elevator to be repaired at our expense... if not for this incident, I would even like the hotel (we are unpretentious tourists), but the administration spoiled the impression of the hotel with its behavior...
In general, be careful with the elevator and tune in to positive. . .

Never, hear never choose this hotel. Dirty room, leaking faucet, windows facing the noisy huge fans of the neighboring hotel. For 6 days of stay, the room was never cleaned, no one changed the towels, even basic soap and toilet paper, you had to ask at the reception. And the dining room is just a wild horror.

For 6 days of stay, the room was never cleaned, no one changed the towels, even basic soap and toilet paper, you had to ask at the reception. And the dining room is just a wild horror. Huge line for food as only 2 elderly Turks serve food very slowly. To eat you need to stand in line for at least 25-40 minutes. There is no need to talk about social distance at all, since everyone breathes into each other's necks. The bartender is always looking for excuses not to pour alcohol, which they have had since 7 pm. I have never met a more terrible hotel, although I often stay in triplets. One plus is that the sea is nearby. Everything else is a big minus. Including poor nutrition.

I liked the rest, but there are drawbacks. There is no internet in the rooms. There were few sweets and few fruits in the dining room. I want to say that the travel agency near the hotel is very expensive and no half of the tours. There are two shops near the hotel. The sea is half dirty, but you can swim to a big rock and stand there because the big sea there will be very clean.

I'll tell you about everything in order. Lots of letters, but lots of useful information. 1) Transfer. It takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to drive from Alanya Airport. At the airport, right at the exit, there is a Starbucks where you can fill up with cold coffee. 2) Settlement. They check in strictly at 14.

They check in strictly at 14.00, we didn’t ask about check-in before - the budget was limited. Lunch ends at 2:00 pm, so expect to eat outside the hotel. You can change clothes in the toilet, in the lobby. Leave your luggage at the reception desk. When we were there, a girl Svetlana worked at the reception, who speaks Russian, Turkish and English.
3) Number. Tired. The furniture is old, somewhere on the little things something does not work well. We had a leaking faucet, periodically buggy toilet. The air conditioner worked, there was no refrigerator. Cleanliness - Turkish-Egyptian, not clean, but washed. Terrible carpet in rooms. From the stains on the carpet, you can trace the entire history of the hotel. The safe is paid, but no one complained about theft. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are good, the bedding is clean, but there may be stains or holes that cannot be removed. In general - you can live. Take slippers to walk around the room and take a shower. 1 towel on the face. From hygiene - only soap and toilet paper. Cleaning every 3 days, it's better to remind the reception that it's time to clean.
There is Wi-Fi in the lobby, it catches normally, if there are not many people. In the room, the Internet is paid - I don’t know for sure, we had enough free. ATTENTION! The hotel is at a crossroads and the soundproofing sucks. At 6 am, cars start to drive, it feels like right on the bedside table. In general, the impression is normal. If you are ready to score on trifles for the sake of economy, like a dripping tap, it will be normal.
4) Nutrition. Feed 3 times a day. Alcohol - dry wine and beer. Sometimes raki, but we didn't drink it. The beer runs out quickly. It is better to take alcohol with you. Drinks: UPI, Pepsi / Mirinda / 7ap, tea (fu), coffee from the machine (norms). During the coronavirus period, the cook lays food. They put a little, but they react calmly to the word "still". From meat - sausages for breakfast (not very tasty), for lunch - nuggets or semi-finished cutlets, for dinner - chicken. Lots of vegetables. Delicious steamed vegetables and beans. Fresh vegetables and salads are plentiful. Seasonal fruits, in early October were apples, tangerines and grapes. There are few sweets, they are specific. Soups for an amateur - they are seasoned with flour. Bread is a delight. In general, you will not be hungry, but you will not get pleasure from food either.
5) Beach. Across the road from the hotel, literally 50 meters. Their sun loungers and umbrellas, free of charge, but they are not enough. Especially the umbrellas. Yupi and water are poured on the beach. There is a "shower" - just a hose with a nozzle from the wall to wash. The coast is dirty. The entrance to the sea is stones, take corals with you, if you have them - it's very expensive to buy - about $ 10 per pair. You can replace with locally produced crocs - about $ 4. The sea is pure delight. The water is clear, very warm and gentle, the water itself holds. In early October the water was 24-29 degrees. Nearby, a mountain river flows into the sea, the water temperature fluctuates greatly. I recommend a snorkel. Lots of fish, crabs, sea urchins, shellfish. Sometimes you can see a stingray. You can swim at night if you are not afraid of stones and swim well. We swam - awesome, the water is warmer than the air. BEACH TOWELS DO NOT GIVE!! ! Take it with you or buy locally. I don't know the price. In general, everything is fine.
6) Location. It is located at the crossroads of two main roads. Excellent transport interchange. Bus number 1 runs along the embankment through the whole city (center, market, Cleopatra beach, Damlatash cave) until 23.00. On the street where the exit from the hotel there is a bus 2B. The route is approximately the same as that of 1, but along a parallel street, also until 23.00. The fare is 4.5 lire. They take cash, in lira. Install google maps, there you can see where you are going without the Internet on gps - very convenient. There is also bus number 10 to the Dimchay River. It rarely runs, about once an hour. Stop near the exit of the hotel, behind the taxi rank. Also, by the way, it is convenient - a taxi is right next to the entrance to the hotel. Taxis are generally not cheap. Tell the taxi driver to turn on the taximeter. Price, approximately, 1 km = 1.5$.
Don't be afraid of buses. They are very comfortable and cheap. But if you want to visit all the sights, I advise you to take a tour if you find dollars for 10-15. You wave the buses, and the taxi will be more expensive. There are 2 supermarkets nearby: Migros and Shock. The prices are fixed. Shock is lower and there are sweets. Writing is love forever. In Migros, you can pay in dollars and give change in lira at a chic rate. Also, in all markets you can pay by card at the rates of your bank. Privatbank - no commission, the rate can be found via chat in privat24. Very profitable and convenient. The hotel pool is small and has a slide. The pool is surprisingly very clean. I would say the cleanest thing in the hotel.
7) Conclusions. THE HOTEL IS lousy, BUT IF IT'S CHEAP - YOU SHOULD TAKE IT. The tour cost us $340, for two, for 7 nights. They spent about $100 on walks, sweets and souvenirs. We did not go on excursions, but we talked with other guests. Excursions $20-50. Do not take the guide - 2 times more expensive for the same. You can take it on the street calmly, the insurance is valid, they won’t take you to the forest))
If the budget is limited - a great option. The main thing is to go with the understanding that this is a cheap troika and there will be a hollow pipets) And tune in to the fact that you are going beyond the sea and the sun. If a ticket is more expensive than $ 500 for two - I do not recommend taking it, you will be dissatisfied. Very cool owners of the hotel, husband and wife. When I felt bad at night, they helped me to call the insurance company, and throughout our rest they were very worried about me and constantly asked if everything was fine. We had a great rest, because we were preparing for the worst, but we got more than we paid. I recommend trying the local ice cream - dondurma (7 lira for 3 balls - a good price) and the sweet pishmaniye (5-6 lira in the market). Have a good rest, warm sea and bright sun!

I chose a 3 * hotel on the first line, with its own beach. The best thing about this hotel was the beach (although the nearby hotels didn't work). The room is spacious, with a balcony, that's where the pros ended. There is no refrigerator in the room! The food is not very good. If you didn’t make it to the start and were late for 20 minutes for dinner, you will be without meat and without fish (pieces of chicken and fish 2x2 cm).

At the bar, drinks were poured into reusable plastic, washed with plain water in the sink. They didn’t even give disposable glasses, I bought myself in Migros. The bartender always ran out of beer, then gin and whiskey. We still need to look for such sloppiness. The market and Migros helped out. You can go to this hotel at a price no higher than 350 dollars per week for two.

There was nothing worse, dirt everywhere, not removed. There is a palace in the room, you need to walk on it in shoes, otherwise your feet will then be black, it apparently has not been cleaned since the founding of the hotel. No refrigerator, safe for money. Internet at the reception and then with difficulty.

The towels were not changed, I take out the trash myself, since it is close to the neighboring Grand Captain Hotel.
Now about food. This is tin. The pigs are better fed. There is no meat or fish. Only soy and liver delights. Once there were ridges from chickens, apparently the meat parts left for 5 *. I don’t drink alcohol, but everyone says that beer is very diluted and alcohol too. The first hotel where there are no pastries at all, neither for breakfast, nor for dinner, nor for lunch. There will be sour soup puree of one kind, I could not eat. Pasta and rice that was only brought cold. Salad of the cheapest plum tomato, cucumber and onion. Everything. For breakfast, there are still boiled eggs, terrible pancakes, and what they didn’t eat from dinner from fruits, watermelon and tangerines, were 1 time.
The advantage of this hotel is only in the location and proximity to the sea, but the setting of the plate, everyone goes to the beach of the neighboring hotel. In general, I do not advise anyone to go to this dirt. It is not for nothing that the hotel from 4 * became 3 *. I would not even give 2 *

The hotel area is small. Entrance with a couple of trees, reception, small lobby. Passage with 2 gaming machines (rocking chair and football), then a swimming pool (open from 9:30 to 18:00) with a slide and sunbeds, a bar, a terrace with tables above the pool, there is also a dining room. There are no restaurants! On the other side of the hotel in the same building there is a cafe "Tommy's" (it has nothing to do with the hotel).

The hotel staff really don't do their job very well. The rooms are not cleaned or cleaned only upon request. The rooms themselves are not very clean, and in general the hotel is not very clean. Upon arrival in the evening at the reception, they said that there were no rooms (we were sooo surprised), they explained that the peak of the season was tra lala, etc. etc. (The fact that the room is booked very well in advance, they do not understand). They settled in a neighboring hotel - "1461" (a similar hotel, the owner is the same), they said for one night, they would move in the morning, but the next day, of course, no one was going to move and began to promise - TOMORROW... with the help of a guide, they were able to achieve settlement , (but the room was not in very good condition, there was no refrigerator, it broke, there are not enough of them in hotels, but you can live).
As for food, in the first 2 days, frankly, it was not enough, then a person appeared (probably the owner), who supervised the work of the staff for the next days, the kitchen became better, there was more food. There is no meat there, sometimes there were liver semi-finished products and minced liver, a couple of times something with chicken, once fish. Drinks - lemonade at the bar, tea, coffee, yupi, water. Beer in small glasses, gin, vodka (not always). On the beach there is also a vending machine with UPI and water. In general, an inexpensive hotel to visit Turkey and swim in the sea is enough. There is no animation. At an early check-in, they asked for lunch boxes, the employees promised, but in the end they did not. But nevertheless, the holiday went well! The hotel has a lot of vacationers from Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, many Turkish families.

Were with a young man in this hotel at the beginning of September 2018.
The Join up tour operator advertised it as the best possible option ...What can I say. We were shocked. The first thing that surprised us was that we were settled for 3 or 4 hours, due to the fact that the rooms had not yet been cleaned (this despite the fact that the check-in was from 14.00). When at 18.00 we chose our room, it was still not cleaned. Terrible dirt.
And this is not only in the room, but everywhere.
- The territory is not that small, but VERY small. Pool with bleach, which fell asleep with us. And what is most interesting, it works only from 10.00 to 20.00 (they are not allowed further).
- There are very few staff. Those girls that were in the kitchen in parallel cleaned and washed the floors.
-On the bar, except for vodka, terribly tasteless wine and soda, there was nothing.
-Coffee from the machine -usual 3 in 1.
-Juices are all diluted with water (it's hard to even call it juice).
-Food is a separate horror story. If you eat right, there is nothing for you to do here.
I couldn't find the right food for me at all.
Eggs were only 2 times. There was no real meat, only soy sausage and soy short cutlets, which they gave out one at a time (imagine, this is on an all-inclusive basis). With fruits, only 2 times there was a watermelon. Salads with mayonnaise. Those without (and this is a tomato with a cucumber) are all with parsley and dill, which made me sick.
There was no cash. Is that cold rice a couple of times. Once there was a potato, which they deep-fried, the color of which resembled a swamp.
-They do not have their own beach (this is the beach from the hotel 1461, which is nearby) and it is very dirty. Walk 5 minutes to the beach across the road. Despite the fact that all normal hotels have underground passages to the beach and bars on the beach.
Beach with stones.
There are so many negative things to say about this hotel.
In a word, people, do not listen to the "smart" tour operators that you just need to pay. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!! ! And don't ruin your holiday experience.

In a word, people, do not listen to the "smart" tour operators that you just need to pay. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!! ! And don't ruin your holiday experience.

Check-in was no problem, although we arrived at the hotel after dinner, had dinner at the hotel. . the territory of the hotel is normal, the staff is great, the pool is clean, children like it. This room has air conditioning and a TV. They fed well, although I would like it to be a better choice. Meat every day.

This room has air conditioning and a TV. They fed well, although I would like it to be a better choice. Meat every day. In short, you can stop, do not stay hungry, the sea is clean, the beach is great. If you hope for 5 *, then this will not happen, solid 3 *. I would come back. It is desirable to go at the beginning of the season, then Russia came, swell in the morning, guess at the beach, shouting is not happy with everything. The beach was clean, no cigarette butts. At the end of the holiday, every two days, a large number of Russian tourists arrived, really ruined the beach. Throw a bottle of beer, a swing of corn and do not clean. The hotel staff is not able to physically reach the beach. Although from 5 am on his feet. Firm, if not picky, not kings, you can relax. P. S. is not on tours from guides, hammams and shopping.
Demo version))) just throw away the money thrown away. Go, relax in this hotel, but do not forget about 3 * no more.

This is a lovely and quiet hotel in the beginning of Alanya city. This hotel has a unique location - right on the beach, has its own free beach. The food at the hotel is very good on the system "All inclusive". Quiet and peaceful hotel. You can get to the city center by city bus, about six stops or walk along the beautiful promenade in about 10 minutes.
