We rested in Konakli several times, each time in different hotels. Turtash is the worst of all the "fours" that I have ever met (maybe I was lucky before). Animation is miserable: daytime - still nothing (sports, games, ladies - aerobics), and evening - at least take out the saints! The entertainment chief is a narcissistic jerk who turns evening "shows" into a miserable one-man show.

Meals - as everywhere monotonous with special disregard for meat dishes. Of the fruits, local chefs seem to have mastered only the preparation of oranges; ) A very good hookah bar.

The staff left mixed feelings. Cleaning of rooms, in principle, no complaints. The waiters are rude in places and hold down alcohol for Russians, although we certainly don’t belong to alcoholics; )

Why the rating "two". Upon check-in, we were charged a deposit for remote controls for TV and air conditioning. We had two 2-bed rooms, they took 40 bucks (10 per remote control) and gave one quotation, saying that the money would be returned upon delivery. Nothing like this. On the day of departure, according to the receipt, the money was returned only for two remote controls, citing the fact that the receipt, it turns out, was issued for one set. When asked where we got two more consoles, we did not receive a direct answer. Deciding not to argue, we said that since there is no return of money, there is no return of remotes and went to the bus. But then the guides of the Anex tour, the company with which we had the misfortune to rest, joined in. The guides explained that until we return the remotes, the bus will not go anywhere, the plane, the stump is clear, will fly away (do you hear the rest of the passengers?! ), etc.

In short, in my opinion, this is an abnormal attitude towards tourists and, as a result, "Turtash" is not a suitable place to relax.
