Small things are stolen from the room: cosmetics, personal items. There is simply no internet cafe. There is only one bar, not a single simulator works in the gym. The slides are traumatic, in front of our eyes a little boy broke his head. The hotel is located in a field, there is not a single store or cafe nearby, it’s pretty decent to go to the sea through the garbage dump and the underpass. On the beach, the sun loungers are all broken, there are practically no umbrellas, and the beach is not sandy, but pebbly !!! ! swimming in the sea is bad, because there are a lot of huge stones at the bottom, you can swim deeper and crash into some huge stone! The TEZ TOUR guides were seen a couple of times during the 12 days of rest, although they should be every day. In general, I hope that none of our tourists will be able to get into this hotel, it is difficult to even describe what is happening there.

I described to Vrkatse all the shortcomings of the hotel - what surprised me and what I did not expect to see in a 4-star hotel. The maid in the room cleans up with a cigarette in her mouth, then the whole bed smells of her smoky hands, although everywhere in the hotel there are signs in large letters: "NO SMOKING IN THE HOTEL !!! ", but apparently this does not concern the Turks. The room was not cleaned at all during the 12 days of my stay! The maid came into my room only to make the bed and, not finding a tip under the pillow, she just threw out the garbage, never wiped the dust, did not vacuum, the bed and towels were never changed. Excuse me, but why leave a tip then ? ! Animation rested for two days, worked one day due to the fact that the owner of the hotel did not pay them money, and as a result, vacationers who paid money for 4 stars suffered. I went with a child, there was not a mini-disco every day, and no one even remembered about the mini-club, as in general, about gymnastics. There was only volleyball.
The cook did not cook well, sour salads were exhibited for several days in a row, until people began to quarrel with the cooks. For hot, a huge queue lined up right up to the elevator, because. you can’t take on your own how much you need, but the cooks stand by themselves and look at how much you put on a plate. They almost didn’t feed meat, here in the reviews it is already written about soy cutlets, which are impossible to eat, and the chicken was chopped so finely that only minced meat is less, and this “meat” was seasoned with coarsely chopped vegetables and a lot of gravy. If, by a lucky chance, two tiny pieces of chicken fell into your plate, rejoice, because now someone will get only vegetables. Yes, and a lot more: sour cottage cheese, only watermelons and oranges from fruits, there are always not enough dishes. They saved on us as best they could, and so it was in everything. Once ran out of napkins on all tables. They approached and said to the bartenders and waiters - everything is useless, there were no napkins for 2 days at all!
Somehow I became an unwitting witness to such a scene: one woman asked the bartender for a clean glass to pour water to the child, because. all the clean glasses are gone. Upon arrival at the hotel at 11 pm, the administration refused to feed us the so-called Evening Soup, because they do not do this, although it is indicated (from 23.00 to 23.30). Only after the scandal did they bother to feed.
But that was just the beginning. . . The rooms represent more or less the level of three stars. TV, beds, air conditioning and everything else, but the shower is leaking, the toilet roars like a locomotive whistle, there is water in the refrigerator and ants... yes, yes, ordinary ants like that. Cleaning for 10 days was made four times and after repeated reminders.
The dining room and the bar are a separate story: they once heard about tablecloths and wiping tables, but they successfully forgot - they wiped the tables every 3-4 hours - they apparently never heard about ashtrays and their change. Only after the story about this amazing procedure did they occasionally do it and at the same time touchingly put a napkin on the bottom of the ashtray. Tables and chairs went to this hotel, I think
-inheritance: they look worn and scratched, some of the chairs are broken (this is in the photographs). The dining room menu is poor and the most disgusting of all that I have ever come across. They gave fish and meat 2 times, on the rest of the days an almost vegetarian meal option with soy meatballs, in the last 5 days, eggs and derivatives from them were decisively deleted from the menu by the hotel chefs, you see, the pestilence mowed down the rows of Turkish laying hens. Salads were sometimes made up of what was not eaten yesterday, and this conclusion was made because everything was desperately filled with vinegar and was stale, although sometimes the chef surprised and gave out very good dishes (the sweet table is very decent and always good melons and watermelons). The coffee machine systematically finished its work during the meal. And after that, either its refueling or its repair began, as a result of which a queue accumulated. And you can write about the queues for a long time, they were always and everywhere: for hot, sweet, fruit, side dishes, soup, bread, salads... Well, the hotel cannot do without it !!!!

Especially about tourists. A huge number of Turks (about 60%), the rest are ours, Germans, several Swedes, Bulgarians, etc.
But the question may arise: is everything really so bad in the hotel ?? ? Not at all, there are people who work very well in these conditions. It is worth noting the work of animators who entertained tourists as best they could. The chef, who, apparently, did everything he could in this situation (from what he had available), and, of course, the bartender, who plowed alone from 10 to 23 without rest. Thanks to these people, the vacation did not become a complete nightmare.
Separately, I want to say about the beach. The road to it is terrible: 200 meters of the road with stones past the garbage dumps; a terrible passage under the ground, and a beach that is just good: everything is clean, tidy, tidy. Sunbeds, awnings, an excellent disco, a bar, stuffed easy chairs, a hookah and everything else. From time to time there was a feeling that the hotel and the beach belong to each other by chance.
Nearby was the Gunesh Hotel, which had three stars, and we could compare ours and theirs... This is the earth and the sky. The work of their staff and ours... I had to go there to an Internet cafe, for a massage, since it is 2 times cheaper there. and seeing everything, ask the question: why did Tulip put 4 stars ?? ? And who from the Tez Tour company confirmed these stars and added the hotel to the list of those with whom the company works (you can also perform a service check)
Still, we couldn't ruin our holiday. The sea, the sun, the air did their job... We rested and returned.

After examining them, it turned out that air conditioners did not work in both rooms (+45 on the street), and in one of them the faucet in the shower was not working (of course there is no replacement). We sit opposite each other, we are waiting for the numbers, and they (Turks) money! It's dinner time! I have not seen such a crowd in the so-called restaurant since visiting the student canteen in the city of Ivanovo in 1986! About the beach, a separate conversation, declared, sandy spit, "stretches" for five meters !! ! I liked the hotel, everything that the agency promised was actually there)) Wonderful staff, especially the bartender Makhmet. Great room and kitchen. Special thanks to the chef for the sweets.
