Кошмар в Тулипе!!!!! Nightmare in Tulip!!!!!

We went to this hotel from 4 to 15 August 2008 from TEZ TOUR. It's just awful!!! ! It was the second time in Turkey, I see such a nightmare for the first time!! ! The hotel is dirty, the restaurant is not cleaned, the tablecloths are not changed, for food (the cat is not enough) to stand in line for 40 minutes, the room is not cleaned, linen and towels are not changed! Tez Tour refused to accept complaints in writing, like such a large operator, and the prices are rather high, but does not respect its tourists, because k. knows perfectly well what is going on in this hotel, every year due to bad reviews on the Internet the hotel changes its name!! ! and TEZ TOUR are aware of ongoing events. At night, the staff washes the pool area and drains dirty water directly into the pool. Ants on the tables in the mornings in the restaurant. Small things are stolen from the room: cosmetics, personal items. There is simply no internet cafe. There is only one bar, not a single simulator works in the gym. The slides are traumatic, in front of our eyes a little boy broke his head. The hotel is located in a field, there is not a single store or cafe nearby, it’s pretty decent to go to the sea through the garbage dump and the underpass. On the beach, the sun loungers are all broken, there are practically no umbrellas, and the beach is not sandy, but pebbly !!! ! swimming in the sea is bad, because there are a lot of huge stones at the bottom, you can swim deeper and crash into some huge stone! The TEZ TOUR guides were seen a couple of times during the 12 days of rest, although they should be every day. In general, I hope that none of our tourists will be able to get into this hotel, it is difficult to even describe what is happening there.
