Good day! We vacationed as a family with two children.
The flight was calm, we flew from Moscow. Antalya Airport is approximately 3-4 hours drive from the hotel.
We had been to Alanya before, and knew that it was quite a long drive, especially with children. Therefore, while still in Moscow, we found an agency organizing a transfer in the VK group. Cost per family is about 65 dollars. The cars are good, payment is on the spot. Don't be fooled by prepayments. We took a transfer from Alik.
The hotel is small and quite well maintained in this price category. There are supermarkets near the hotel. Where the prices are several times lower than ours, we bought nar sauce there, it costs 150 tl with our money, and Mehmet Effendi coffee is also approximately 200 tl, at excursion sites it is several times more expensive.
When we went to this hotel, one of the determining factors was its location - nearby Cleopatra Beach, the most picturesque beach, in my opinion, on the entire Antalya coast.
A funicular was built nearby - the cost is about 170 tl, you have to go down yourself. Very beautiful fortress! I recommend it to everyone.
The food at the hotel is a solid 4, there is no variety as such, but we didn’t really need it, since we went out for dinner outside the territory, to a bunch of local restaurants. The prices are very affordable.
Number.
They gave us a family room, without additional payments, according to the main tour package.
Staff - in my opinion, although the hotel is very economical, the staff is welcoming and friendly, but unobtrusive.
The rooms and area are cleaned regularly, towels are changed every day, and bed linen, as far as I noticed, is changed every 3 days.
There were bad reviews about the slides and water park, that the hotel doesn’t have them, well, how would you always know in advance where you are going, there are a lot of reviews in which people describe everything and share their impressions. Not 19th century. Therefore, you can only complain about yourself that you expect more than you receive.
The children, of course, also demanded slides. Upon arrival, we booked an excursion to the Land of Legends water park, departure at approximately 07.30 in the morning and there all day, they also bring us home by transfer. We ordered from Alik there. We found him at Alik’s vk tour. We were very happy, we didn’t go to the office in person, we just wrote on WhatsApp, he sent us checks and the check was shown to the driver of the transfer to the water park and we paid him on the bus. Afterwards, the children were persuaded to go on a yacht tour, it is very interesting for the children, there is a foam party, dancing, the children are entertained by pirates, children can swim in the sea, there are lifeguards, and they give everyone vests.
In general, everyone is happy.
Let's go back to the hotel, would we like to return to this hotel? Definitely, if the price is the same. Since, in my opinion, a vacation does not consist of a hotel, we are trying to save money on it so that we can go somewhere, buy something, this time we bought jeans and sneakers for the children in Waikiki. There were very good discounts.
And of course, visiting local restaurants is a must for us; you won’t last long on hotel food, no matter what the hotel is. Everything gets boring and boring. And Turkish cuisine is incredibly delicious.
I hope that my review will be useful, if you have any questions, ask, I’ll tell you everything.
Have a good holiday in Turkey everyone!

There is shooting from an air rifle, teenagers also do not take it. The nearby Titan Select hotel has a table tennis table, but there are no tennis balls and no one knows where to get them. The only answer is: come tomorrow. For teenagers, the only entertainment is to sit in the lobby with phones. The Internet beckons there : )
There are constant and endless queues in the dining room. The only time you can eat in peace is at 19:00. You need to stand in 3 rows to get food, and then walk around the hall in search of a free table. The staff try their best but it doesn't help. The second floor of the dining room was closed for unknown reasons. It was an odd choice by the chef when there was a limited amount of Turkish ayran drinks during dinner. It ended only at 19:30, and dinner began at 19:00, although you could have as many other drinks, including alcoholic ones, as you wanted.
On holidays there were birthdays of the wife and child. We just asked the reception to take a slightly larger piece of cake with a candle, but received an answer that this was not possible. Of course, we bought the cake and candles ourselves from the shop. As we lit the candles, two canteen employees came up and quietly sang "Happy Birthday" as if they were afraid of the boss. It was funny : )
Don't go there unless it's cheap.
P. S. Good access to the sea, gravel, no stones.

Rested in Turkey is not the first time, because there is something to compare.

So, everything is in order:

1) Rooms, accommodation.

The arrival was early in the morning, I arrived at the hotel at 10 am, checked in my luggage and immediately went to breakfast. The staff at the reception is Russian-speaking. I booked a double standard room, but there were no free ones, so they offered to check in at the nearby Titan Select 5 * (one hotel chain) temporarily, but I refused, although those who agreed did not regret it. Then they said - wait for 14.00, they did not take the money ($ 10). Since there was an opportunity to hand over things on a turn-key basis, I did so and went to the beach. At 14.
00 approached the reception, but there were still no free rooms, the problem was solved in this way - they settled me in family room 2330, in which I ended up living all 10 days. No one thought to move me from there, because I immediately warned that I was not going to move anywhere.

The room was quite spacious on the 3rd floor, balcony and sea view. I lived in the building in which the restaurant is downstairs, and I understand that in this building there are only family rooms. Everything in the room worked air conditioning, taps, hair dryer, lamps, refrigerator, TV set. By the way, the safe in the room for extra. $2 per day fee - I didn't use it. Swans were made, tidying was every day, for all the time the linen was changed 2 times. Leave a $1 tip every other day. It was not noisy at night, but those with windows facing the road were less fortunate.

2) Kitchen, bars.

I liked everything about the food.
The food is not monotonous and most importantly delicious, every day something new - there was meat, beef, chicken, fish, various side dishes, soups, scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, buns, etc. A variety of salads and sweets. There are always fruits such as melons, plums, apples, pears, etc. In the morning you can have fresh for $1. In the two-story restaurant, as well as in the bar, you can take alcohol, except for cocktails. If you endure something, no one will say a word to you. The hotel has 4 bars: reception, pool bar, snack bar, beach bar, free drinks until 24h. And the alcohol is pretty good. The staff is very friendly. In the evening at the hotel you can take a hookah for $10, there is a children's area with vending machines and a sports area. There are also 2 water slides, they are turned on in the morning.

3) Beach, sea.

Walk 7 minutes to the beach. The beach is combined with 3 hotels, if you don’t find a free sunbed on the Titan beach - it doesn’t matter, the beach of the Mahberi 4 * hotel is nearby - there are always free places and no one will tell you a word.
The beach collects garbage several times a day, so it is clean. There is a sports area where you can play volleyball. The sea is clean, there are gentle stones at the bottom near the shore - go in carefully, do not get hurt, but you can slip, especially if there are strong waves. The beach itself has sand and small pebbles. You can’t take towels from the hotel to the beach, you must have your own or buy for $ 1 - they sell it along the way. By the way, along the way there are still excursions at reasonable prices, they accept even in rubles (they will calculate at the rate of $ 65 rubles).

4) Animation, location.

The location of the hotel is very convenient - next to a bus stop for $ 1 you can get to the center of Alanya, on the left is an amusement park, shops, an ATM. There is also a popular nightclub Summer Garden nearby - admission is free.

I liked the animation in the hotel as a whole - every day a new program, various acrobatic groups perform, there is also a lottery, karaoke.
From 21 to 22h children's animation, during the day, according to the schedule, there are various games by the pool. In general, it will not be boring.

There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, as well as Czechs and Poles. They do not have any special privileges, the only difference with Russians is that foreigners leave tips for staff everywhere - in a restaurant, in a bar and even on the beach. But nevertheless, the service of the Russians is no worse.

I'll start from the beginning: on the day of arrival at the reception, we were immediately offered a good room for a fee, we were met far from friendly. In the morning, at a meeting with the guide, he promised us that he would fly on any call and solve all problems. Beach towels are paid, $ 1 per day, it's easier to buy or take with you. There are animators in the hotel, but they dance "Zumba" at 10 am, then water aerobics and at 12.30 also Zumba. ALL!!! ! We have never seen in any hotel that the animators go and sell all sorts of nonsense, there was a feeling that we were in Sochi. Animation for children only at 21.00.
The sea is dirty, there are a lot of people, because of such a number you can’t even swim in it. In the dining room, the food is monotonous, but you can choose, you were not hungry. The furniture in the room is old, the beds are hard and creaking, the bath itself was leaking in the bathroom, so I had to wash the floor several times every day. The air conditioner generally worked like a tractor and every other time. We were very pleased with the waiters in the dining room and the bartenders, very welcoming and friendly. This is probably the only positive. On the third day of our stay, we woke up at 4 in the morning, from a fight in the corridor, as it turned out, local thieves got into the room, people apparently woke up and they were caught, we don’t know what happened next.
Everything seemed to be fine, they seemed to be used to everything, but then a "surprise" awaited us. My husband went to the city for shopping, I stayed in the room with the child. After the child woke up in the afternoon, we decided to go for a walk to the local playground, went to the reception and left the room key there so that the husband would come and not look for us, but calmly go to the room with packages. My husband and I met by chance at the exit of the hotel, after talking for five minutes, he went for the key, and then something amazing happened - there were no keys anymore. There was a note in Turkish with the number of our room, my husband took a picture of it, later they translated it, it was written there that there were no keys to the room. What does this mean, we did not understand.
In general, they didn’t let us into the room, they didn’t call the police, they didn’t let the cameras look, they didn’t call the manager either, the one who took the keys from me was not there, and they didn’t say where he had gone. In general, we fought for 2 hours, my husband was at the reception, and I was sitting at the room, suddenly they would start stealing (our friends had a similar situation, they also handed over the keys to the reception, they only arrived two hours later, and the room was empty). After the scandals, we were given a card for the light, and promised to open our room at every request, because. there is no key. They promised that the manager will arrive at 8 am and we will solve everything there. But not 8, not 9, not 10.11, 12 there was no one, after the scandal we were given another key at 9 in the morning.
By the way, the Intourist guide never came, as promised, and did not solve the problem. After that, we were offered fruits in the room as an apology, we refused because we can take them in the dining room. A complete nightmare. Half Russian, the rest Poles and Germans. Communicated with many, everyone is shocked by the hotel and is unlikely to be remembered with a kind word. Met girls with kids. Their child fell ill, they turned to the nurse, to which she diagnosed the Kosaki virus and sent him to the hospital. A doctor's call costs $35. The second girl was immediately called to the reception for a conversation, then the guide arrived and the eldest was found, surprisingly simple. But thank God the diagnosis was not confirmed. The next day, even swimming in the pool was disgusting, the dose of bleach was increased 10 times.
In general, the hotel is terrible, in no case is it better not to go, so as not to spoil your vacation. And through the company Intourist too.

We arrived at the hotel at 8 am and checked in at 10 am.
- the room is small (very). furniture is old. under the bed and on the closet have not been washed for a long time (during the rest they were not washed). the shower head was leaking in all directions. there are no soap accessories, except for liquid soap.
Everything in the restaurant is very old. the food is varied, for 4 plus. A lot of greens, vegetables, fruits (plums, apples, watermelon, melon, grapefruit, pomegranate, tangerines). All the time they alternated meat, chicken and fish. Sometimes they gave everything at once.
- three swimming pools, one with slides. The hotel grounds are quite neat and clean.
- 3 minutes walk to the sea. There is a good bar with drinks and a snack bar. Lots of sunbeds, enough for everyone. the beach is dirty (but this is a question for the vacationers themselves, they wouldn’t throw gobies and glasses, everything would be clean. The coast is very rocky. You can swim from the pier, the water is cleaner there and there are no huge waves.
- I really didn’t like the fact that the hotel is for smokers, everyone smoked everywhere (even in the amphitheater at the mini disco). you have dinner, and at the next table they smoke... be ((
- service staff and animation for an assessment of 2-3 no more. the hotel (and all the staff) are oriented towards the Germans, and so is the attitude. we were not offended, but they ignored the normal. if there is a Russian in the bar and a German comes next, the bartender will rush to the German. This fact really spoiled the mood.
CONCLUSION: we will not go to this hotel again! You can rest in this, but you don’t want to.

The tour of Alanya is very informative and looked at the stunning landscapes. I also really liked the dilphinarium, a very interesting show, you can also swim with dolphins at the end, for a fee. We ordered excursions in advance, via the Internet, from Pasha, we found him by recalling him and were satisfied, everything is well organized and prices are much lower than buying from tour operators. In general, the impressions of the rest were excellent, for a 4-star hotel a very good level, I recommend it to everyone!

We had a family vacation in Titan in August 2017. I want to say that this is not the first time in Turkey and therefore there is something to compare with.
So about the hotel. 4 stars for a Turkish hotel has always been a good indicator, and the fact that the hotel belongs to the Germans set up a positive holiday, but much to our disappointment, the hotel surprised us with a number of negative points.
The food in the dining room does not shine with the variety and quality of both food and service. Breakfast is generally empty, but if there is a tomato cut into four parts, then for lunch you will see the remains of the same tomato cut even smaller and seasoned with onions, and for dinner it will generally be chopped “into porridge” and mixed with other leftovers in the form of a salad . Of course, all hotels body food leftovers, but hotels of a higher level do this very imperceptibly for vacationers. Personally, my very first entry into the dining room forced me to get the first-aid kit I brought with me to use the pills, because the “brick” that I swallowed in the dining room cannot be digested otherwise. Tea in the dining room, and indeed in the hotel sucks. In our country, any bagged tea is many times better, and ordinary tea leaves cannot be compared at all. But the wife drank tea, although for this a certain amount of lemon and sugar was charged into it, so in my opinion it was no longer quite tea. Waiters work on the principle of "Russian last". I read the reviews of our compatriots about the attention and diligence of the waiters, but I only saw their libido in front of people of Arab nationality, and no one pays attention to you as a Russian. And on the day of departure, the dining room even surpassed itself in all its glory. On this day, we were forced to come to the opening of the dining room and, apparently due to the lack of Arabs in the hall, the waiters flatly refused to turn on the light and the coffee maker, so we had to eat in the dark and be left without coffee.
In general, a negative attitude towards Russians is noticeable in everything. Well, for example, entertainment with which the hotel is not so dense. By the way, jumping animators by the pool can only be seen in the morning and, as it were, on a charge, but which is not only to raise and start the people, but apparently they cannot even wake them up. From entertainment in the hotel darts, water polo and archery. But I did not see a single Russian participating in these events, because the animators inviting participants pass by the Russians without stopping, only mumbling something incomprehensible in very broken Russian. Here, as elsewhere, only foreigners are in authority, because in Turkish, German, Arabic, etc. , they do much better.
Of the water procedures, the main pool was extremely disappointing, obviously not designed for a hotel load close to 100%, and water filtration during the bottom either cannot cope with the volume of snot, hair, etc. , or is completely absent. But the slides, on the contrary, pleased with their work throughout the day, which is not always found in more expensive hotels.
Now about the number. In some reviews, people write that if they get a room with a view of the road, they try to change it to the inside to the pool. So we came across such a number, and since we settled at night, it was decided to postpone the solution of the problem until the morning. And what do you think? Waking up in the morning and parting the curtains, our gaze was a "picture" with palm trees in the foreground and mountains in the background. The road even turned out to be a small addition to the magnificent scenery. The question of changing the number disappeared by itself. In general, the very location of the room, not on the pool, makes it possible to wait out the midday heat in silence, without the whole rumbling Turkish music. But you can not wait for daily cleaning of the room, apparently in this hotel it is customary to clean every other time. We even witnessed a scandal at the reception just for cleaning the room, but we don’t know how the matter ended. You will receive bottles of water only once, on the day of arrival and all other days you will have to collect water in the same empty bottles, so do not rush to throw them away. Yes, and a paid safe... ! Well, this is generally a shame for a Turkish hotel with 4 stars. We did not take the safe, but used a suitcase with a lock.
The sea rejoiced. It is quite possible to reach the bottom in the bathing area, right up to the buoys, if you hold your breath well. Moreover, the bottom, although without corals, is not just sand, but it has an interesting relief in the form of natural plates. For some reason, many are dissatisfied with these plates, it is inconvenient to enter the water, then someone manages to break his legs. Entry into the water, normal! And if something does not suit you, then please have a pontoon. Here my son and I had plenty of swimming with a mask and snorkel, and not only us.
Well, if you can put a plus on the sea, then the beach is a fat minus. Firstly, the cleaners remove the garbage in the same way as the room - at will, but unlike the hotel maids, it appears much less often. Secondly, mattresses for sunbeds and beach towels are paid. Towel costs $2. And what if I come to the beach twice a day? By the way, there are no mattresses in the hotel even for money. In short, if you want to sunbathe lying down, get ready for hard folding beds.
Leaving home on the way to the airport, our tourist was picked up from a five-star hotel. And his story about his hotel exactly matched mine. It's a pity, all this leads to sad thoughts about the Turkish holiday.
And so, to sum up:
1. Four stars to the Titan Garden hotel can be given with a very big stretch.
2. An incomprehensible decrease in the level of service in Turkish hotels, but let's hope that it will return to normal.
3. Explicitly expressed negative attitude towards the Russians.
P. S. Of course, we achieved the main goal, sunbathed under the hot sun and swam in the warm sea, but the hotel unfortunately disappointed. So if we ever go to Turkey, we will choose a hotel with at least 5 stars and with the maximum load of our compatriots. Although I am not a fan of noisy companies, Spartak, Zenit and Tagil were clearly not enough this time.

Konakli, Titan Garden 4+ hotel.
This hotel for families with children (2 mothers, 3 children: 3 years, 5 years and 12 years old) was advised to us by the travel agent Tukana (we went to book a completely different hotel).
Our main requirements were: a sandy beach for children, children's animation, a family room, internet, because I had to work during my vacation.
The result "exceeded" all our expectations:
1. The Internet is only at the reception in the central building, and then with great restrictions, of course, it is absolutely impossible to work with this - viber messages and they left after 3-5 attempts. True, for the sake of justice, 1 time in 10 days even 1 viber call went through with tolerable sound quality. But this is 1 time.
2. Beach pebbles of medium, small and very small stones that are packed everywhere. At the entrance to the water, a couple of meters from the shore, the bottom is littered with stones, against which, even with slight excitement, you beat off your legs. There was never a calm sea for 10 days.
It's great to ride children on the waves, but you have to catch them constantly, and your feet break on stones every day. Coral slippers do not help, because the same fine stone sand is instantly stuffed into them and erases feet on calluses in 5 minutes.
3. Animation for children: 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening in a separate room, a Russian-speaking high school girl helps children paint a T-shirt or handbag with special paints for $ 15, and the rest of the children play on their own in the designer or climb in a playpen with plastic balls. After dinner, cartoons are also played. Our 5-year-old child once agreed to stay there for an hour, the youngest - not at all. After all, they were not entertained there, they were not carried away, nothing was done with them - yes, they provided pencils and paper. Maybe, of course, on other days, when we didn’t come there, there was something else, but we didn’t find it. We made only 2 unsuccessful attempts.
4.
Now for the family room. The room itself is well conceived: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, 1 with 2 separate beds 90 cm (heavy ones do not move together) and a wardrobe, and 1 room with a single bed, a sofa, 2 armchairs, an antique TV and a small refrigerator. It has access to a balcony. And it doesn't have air conditioning. Our eldest child slept in this room.
It was almost impossible to cool her down. To do this, it was necessary to put air conditioners in the bedrooms at 16 degrees and open the doors to the corridor and this room, but it was enough for a couple of hours. Despite the fact that there are 2 air conditioners in each bedroom, there is only 1 remote control on them. They blow evenly into the bed for children and the temperature of the air flow is not regulated - it blows cold, of course. So that the children would not catch a cold, they had to turn it off at night, and when it becomes completely unbearable, cover them with their heads and turn on the air conditioner for a short time to cool the room.
Enough for a few hours. And since there are 2 rooms with air conditioners, and a remote control 1, you need to chill at least 2-3 times a night, so they ran to each other at the remote control all night.
The walls in the room were shabby, the balcony was shabby and the plaster continued to fall. There is nothing to hang swimwear or towels on the balcony to dry. 1 out of 4 balcony plastic chairs was broken. Drying had to be laid out on chairs and a table.
The doors on the furniture sagged and do not close well. One of the 2 sliding doors of the shower cabin did not close, or rather, when trying to close it, it flew off the roller and each time it had to be hung in place. And still, at the same time, the cabin was not airtight enough and after taking a shower there was water around it, which there was nothing to remove, except for the only towel for five feet.
Despite the stated 4+ stars, there was no shampoo and hair conditioner.
There were large dispensers for liquid soap at the sink and for shower gel in the shower. True, it was broken off from the wall, on which it was supposed to be fixed and placed in a wall-mounted stand for accessories (shampoo, soap), so there was nowhere to put them - only on the floor.
There were no beach or pool towels, and it was forbidden to take bath towels out of the room.
There were mirrors in the bathroom, one of the bedrooms and the common room. But they were hung in such a way that it was more or less completely impossible to see yourself in them: in the bathroom you can see only the face, in the rooms - only the torso without legs and head. You have to sit down to see yourself, but there were no chairs in the rooms, how to do, for example, make-up, dress and comb your hair for the evening is completely incomprehensible. Maybe the number was for Lilliputians, I don't know. The mirror in the bathroom is blackened in places.
On the front door around the glass, the trim was torn off - a trifle, it does not affect the performance, but it's still unpleasant.

Now about the service and food at the hotel:
the waiters don’t come up to you at the table, they just ignore you: in 10 days with a 3-grade meal, we called them twice - on the first day they came up 1 time and already almost on the final one, when I just caught him by the sleeve. There are not enough tables: with almost 100% occupancy of the hotel, there are certainly not enough tables for everyone. No one was in a hurry to clean them up after they had eaten so that others could net and eat. We often had to simply move the dirty dishes away and put the children at the uncleaned table. There were never enough clean plates, cups, knives and forks and we had to wait. But they could not wait for the guests who did not have time to eat before the set time for the end of the meal - they approached and began to pick up plates and cutlery from under their hands.
The food was extremely monotonous, inedible, especially for children, and absolutely not tasty. During the entire stay there was 1 time delicious fish and 1 time good meat. Everything else was either tasteless, tasteless, or peppered. More or less breakfast. Lunch - dinner sucks. We then began to go to lunch at a snack bar on the beach: there were always french fries, greens for salad, watermelon and inedible "cutlets" probably from soybeans to hamburgers. There was also a stew with vegetables or chicken sometimes. The kids ate well.
But the most unpleasant thing about this hotel is that there is an infection in the children's pool, herpetic, and the hotel's health workers know about it and are silent. The doctor at the hotel did not accept a 3-year-old child with a temperature of over 39, because he was not covered by our insurance and offered to go to the hospital. We, of course, went.
What kind of infection the doctor did not say, he prescribed 3 medicines from a hospital pharmacy in Turkish, such as a rash may appear - this is from her, diarrhea may appear - this is from him, and the third to strengthen immunity, and sent.
Medicines also do not have instructions in English or Russian, only in Turkish, therefore, we realized that one of them, acyclovir, was only when the child poured everything out, including the feet, and the second one, and then the adults, became infected.
Each of them had a temperature of 39 for 2 days, then it subsided and there was a runny nose, a sore throat like with a sore throat (the mucous throat was also affected and the children refused to eat), and general weakness. And there were a lot of such children in the lobby of the hotel, because the doctors did not recommend the sun, the sea and pools to them. They sat on the phones of some who are older or in rooms with their mothers - who are younger.
There was a crowd of such people in the hospital, and when we were leaving, another dad who had just arrived with a 6-year-old girl at 11 pm was looking for a pharmacy, because they, like us, ran out of antipyretic drugs on the first day, and the temperature did not go down.
By check-in/check-out to/from the hotel: we arrived at 12 o’clock, by that time we had already been on the road for almost 20 hours with children, because we flew through Kyiv and reached it by car with Ukrainian customs, 5 hours long. Check-in from 14h according to the rules of the hotel. We were asked to wait in the lobby. We were not offered to leave luggage in the luggage room, how to go to eat, they did not show us the territory of the hotel, nor gave us a daily routine such as meal times, bar schedules, children's rooms, animations for adults and children. As a result, we simply changed the children into light clothes in the toilet and sent them to the pools to cool off. Lunch, of course, was missed - it was until 2 pm, and we had no idea about it.
At 2 pm we were not settled, as at 3 pm, we had to stand in front of them at the reception with a pillar with screaming children and stand without leaving, so that at 3.20 pm we were taken to the same murdered room in the farthest and oldest family building of the hotel. But when we had time to leave (let me remind you, our transfer was at 1.55), from 12 at night they began to call us from the reception and ask us to vacate the room early, because new tenants arrived, but we are still leaving, and this despite to the fact that we explained that we put the children to sleep before a long journey. They called 3 times. When the bus came for us, of course, no one came to help us with sleeping children in their arms to drag our suitcases to the bus. Here is such a nice and unobtrusive service at the Titan Garden Hotel.
And a little more about the travel agency: in addition to the incorrect selection of the hotel, they also “stole” a day of rest from us: our tour included 10 nights and 11 days under the contract, but we left the hotel on the 10th night, at 01.55, i. e.
not only did we not spend the 10th night there, but on the 11th promised and paid day we were already in Kyiv.
Of the benefits: Toucan sold us a tour from the Pegas Touristik tour operator with medical insurance included. We were able to partially use it: they sent a car from the hospital for the child and after the examination they brought it back. True, I had to pay $ 30 for all this - it turns out that this is stipulated in the insurance policy with one word “franchise” on the plate, and when selling the tour, of course, you are not warned about this, at least in the Tukan agency. That is, insurance actually costs you 30k more than it is stipulated in the contract. And you see all this after paying for the tour, when you pick up the vouchers from the travel agent before leaving. We all bought medicines with our own money, because
in order for the insurance to compensate them, you have to go to Kyiv, write an application, provide documents, and then, if you prove that all these medicines were necessary, go to get this money. Naturally, with the cost of drugs at $ 40 for all this, it does not make any sense.
Findings:
1. I do not recommend the Titan Garden Hotel in Konakli, Alania, Turkey for families with children.
2. I do not recommend entrusting the selection of a tour to the Tukan travel agency (Minsk), because none of the criteria required by the client was satisfied. : either they are not competent or they knew the hotel was not up to standard but sold it to us anyway.
