They cleaned the room every other day. The hotel itself and its grounds were always clean. ? In the dining room food is monotonous. The first days we took different food for testing. Then it's the same as usual. Food this year is given out through the glass by the waiters, for us it was convenient. There were fruits in the dining room: watermelon, melon, banana, grapes, plum, cherry plum, orange.
The sandy beach is amazing. The sea was warm. There were white fish in the sea. We enjoyed snorkeling and watching them. There were always enough sun loungers. There were water trampolines near the beach. They went once, then the krepatura ached out of habit, they couldn’t go anymore, although they really wanted to.
Near the neighboring hotel Pegasos Resort 5 * there is a water park. On the way to it, free ice cream from 11:00 to 18:00.
There is a small market near the hotel. Prices, by the way, remained the same as in 2019, like the entire range.
The only downside to our holiday was getting into their local hospital. It so happened that water got into the ear and otitis media began. I had to see a doctor. They took me to the hospital. For the provision of medical assistance had to pay 210 USD. Although they said that at home our insurance company would return all the money to us, of course, no one returned anything to us. But health is always more important.
In general, the rest was good!

Terrible hotel. Monotonous food like one chicken, not for children at all. Not a single swing or slide on site. Good entry into the sea, just for the kids. Not a single European, not a single one - only Russians and Ukrainians. And what can it say? Although the hotel cost more than 5, which were with children.

We were 16 days and always found something to our liking. Of course, they won’t give you pork, it’s a Muslim country, and I can’t understand how it was possible to wait for this. The main meat is chicken and turkey, BUT there is always liver, and heart, and cutlets or beef meatballs, there is always fish, both cold and grilled, plus a sea of variations of stewed and fresh vegetables. And who wanted to eat lobster at 4, he just didn’t get there)))
Fruit is a different story....There are always oranges, apples, plums, watermelons, melons, less often pears, grapes, bananas. The most offensive thing is that the "starving" people collected so many grapes on a plate that it simply didn’t fit in their heads, but you can’t really eat so much, sorry....And the main thing is that it’s written that you can’t take out food, but everyone who is hungry wears it, you can see at night they wake up and eat, eat....)

The only request to the hotel: either do not give such shameful sandwiches with you on the road to those who are leaving, or at least come up with something better - a dry baguette cut in half, and there is a cucumber and cheese... well, it's just a shame, give me an apple, plum and biscuits, or the same sandwich, but not like this. . .

Many of our friends rested here, and since we flew to Turkey for the first time, we listened to the recommendations and decided to stay here. We just traveled with children, it was all quite convenient, it was quite suitable for a family vacation. They settled us well, 15-20 minutes after we arrived. They settled us at 11:00 in a room at 4037 - it is located on the 1st floor, we asked us to change the room, but we were refused at the reception. When the manager from the travel agency where we bought the tour wrote to them, they made concessions and settled us on the 4th floor. The view was of the sea and the neighboring hotel, in which a disco was noisy every night, because of this it was difficult to fall asleep at night, despite being tired.
About the hotel itself, I would like to say that its territory is well-groomed and green, the beach is sandy, the entry into the sea is just for the kids. Basically, only families with children rested at the hotel.
The hotel has a Toucan club (a very interesting animation for children), it is located on the territory of the water park. Every evening there is a mini disco for children, the child went to it with pleasure.
From 11:00 to 18:00 ice cream was distributed free of charge near the beach. Of course, this made the children excited.
Of the minuses, I would like to note first of all the food. The food is monotonous, every time we came to the dining room we hoped that this time we could have something tasty and new to eat, ....but no, again the same thing in the morning pancakes with chocolate, in the afternoon and in the evening rice with chicken, pizza and buns simple. For lunch and dinner there were cakes of 4-5 types, which did not cause much enthusiasm. Fruits included apples, oranges and watermelon. Of course, we didn’t leave the dining room hungry, but we didn’t get pleasure from food either.
Another disadvantage was the constant lack of sun loungers on the beach. People take sunbeds and do not lie on them.
Since the territory consists of three hotels and has a common beach, we mostly went to the beach of the Pegasos Royal hotel, we liked it there more.
Once we were on inflatable water trampolines. It's really hard. We didn't go anymore.

Gorgeous beach, soft sand, ideal for families with children, good entry into the sea. The beach is the best thing about this hotel. There was no adult animation at all, children's animation was very similar to a kindergarten, it all consisted in the fact that the children were driven into some room, while the animators just sit and watch how the children are left to their own devices. Evening programs for children were interesting, but daytime animation was not very good. The guide at the hotel offered tours, but we didn't use them. Cons in the hotel - animation and lack of seafood.
