We purchased a ticket from the TUI operator with assurances that the hotel is a solid, European four, and you can use the infrastructure of the other two hotels Pegasos Resort, Pegasos Royal, which are located nearby - along the sandy beach. It would be impossible to use the main restaurants of these hotels - breakfast, lunch and dinner only in your own.
But we did not plan to pay too much attention to food - it was primarily about a good beach and territory, and they are pretty good in these hotels.
It makes no sense to write a lot about an economical flight from Lviv, a transfer (with paid water on the bus) and the mumbling of a guide.
BEACH

It is impossible to think of a better entrance to the sea for children - a gentle entrance stretches up to 50 meters, and then the depth is already desirable for adults with a sea depth of 2.5-4 meters at the level of buoys. The strip of sand is quite wide for comfortable sunbathing, children's games and volleyball, for which there are already two nets at different ends of the beach.
There were almost enough awnings and sunbeds at any time of our vacation - in the second half of the vacation we had to take them around 7 in the morning, and after dinner there were always new ones.
Cleaned up the beach pretty well. The bars on it are located conveniently for a short trip for water. The water and air temperature at that time was ideal for all family members.
TERRITORY
Long and green, with comfortable paths where there are booths with ice cream. The rich green spaces are constantly looked after, watered and trimmed. Children have nowhere to run and eat mulberries.
ENTERTAINMENT
Mentioned volleyball - for adults once a day, for children - football from the Toucan club. In it, children are entertained quite interestingly. There are courts and a basketball court.
The network of water slides is present only between two other hotels - Resort and Royal. Pretty good, though not great. Children will like it more. But you have to consider, because you can tear off the skin at the junctions of the elements of the gutters for the descent - you felt it on your own back. It all depends on the speed, the tension of the body and the selected slide with the appropriate smoothness of the adhesions.
Internet in the hotel is free only in the lobby and very weak. The same goes for the other two hotels.
I was especially pleased with the inflatable entertainment in the sea near the pier - you can work out with them for 3-4 days. Children and adults have the joy of conquering peaks and passing slippery obstacles. All with life jackets under the supervision of lifeguards who never tire of taking care of the rescue from reverse currents, waves and crossing the line of buoys.
HOTEL
The Pegasos Club is a 3 star old and shabby hotel. Do not believe the assurances that this is not so. Around the clock, the number of rooms, elevators, furniture, a restaurant (in fact, a dining room) here require immediate updating or replacement.

Our room had to be large, not standard - with space for two more children. At first, we were offered one with a balcony opening onto the patio on the roof of the dining room with the appropriate aroma. On the other hand, the road passing close to all the hotels was very audible and loud even at night. We asked to look for more rooms. We found a similar room with a side view of the sea and the other two hotels. They agreed and even threw 20 dollars for tea into the common cauldron for the workers.
EMPLOYEES
Most turned out to be better Russian-speaking than English-speaking, which was already alarming after the promises of a European hotel. We were surprised by our English and tried to translate the conversation into Russian, even local workers from the spa, photographers and bartenders. Only one Kurd and a salesman in a shop across the street from the hotel understood a little about geopolitics and the difference between Ukrainians and Russians. Sometimes the desire to earn money also encourages such knowledge.
The cleaners at the hotel were silent and just smiled when they cleaned the room and caught the hosts there. The animators in all three hotels and the Tukan Club are very hardworking and of high quality. If it were not for the heat, I would not want to return to the room.
ROOM
The beds were small and with uncomfortable (sagging) mattresses. The bathroom is very short with a hair dryer taped over after a fall and a terrible stench that accumulated during the night and delighted me and my friends (so we went with two families) every morning.
The air conditioner in the room didn't work. They cleaned all this beauty with an indefinite frequency and sometimes forgot to add shampoo or soap to the dispenser, or add more towels for the child.
A few days later, having made sure that it was impossible to live like this and that was not what we expected after the descriptions of the hotel on the operator’s website and from conversations with managers, we turned to the guide for help. We must give him his due, Damir turned out to be sympathetic and asked to write a complaint against the TUI operator, and he promised to forward it to the central office, because there were already many such complaints. Especially killed the "variety" of food.
DINING ROOM
Tourists were fed mainly with dishes of potatoes, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, cabbage and other vegetables with the addition of several chicken dishes: fried, baked, grilled, etc.

The company's chicken was only occasionally a dish of veal heart (rather cheap part - who knows our market prices). There was also some bony fish. Stewed, baked and grilled...
Sliced ​ ​ cheeses of a limited choice, sausage 2-3 varieties of dubious color. Once stumbled upon Pizza, other baked goods from the oven, standard breakfasts and under-omelettes - nothing to describe. Even the components of omelettes sometimes ended quickly - cheese and stuff.
For children there were sometimes cereals, dried fruits - ZERO, and a mixture of yogurts with oatmeal and canned fruit sometimes saved. Local chocolate paste delighted children and adults.
Fruits were only apples, oranges and grapefruits. No watermelons and melons, cherries and strawberries (which we are used to after other hotels in Turkey).
The sweets were terrible: baklava was even close, and nuts and honey in pastries remained in dreams and memories from the past year.
Popular dishes ended quickly and were rarely reported - the chefs shrugged their shoulders and said that there would be no more. Beer is diluted. The wines are very mediocre. Drinks from the vending machines were hardly tried even by our children, and circles with sprite were also poured sparingly. Tea - not bad sometimes made, and bagged dust from tea tree leaves is quite standard. Acceptable coffee was made only in the bars of other hotels, and “slop” flowed from the machine in the Club. Ice cream on the territory of the hotel in specialized booths was for the whole day and paid and for which we have already paid. The first one could be bought cheaper across the road at the bazaar, and the second one was sometimes quite good, which made both children and adults happy.
NEIGHBOURS

The national composition of the hotel's residents turned out to be not very diverse: in the Club, mostly Russians and Ukrainians lived, Poles, Germans, Swedes, Turks themselves and other nations were added to the resort, and in the Royal there were a few more British. Those who have been abroad with representatives of this nation can imagine a derivative atmosphere in restaurants, at bars, pools, in the evening at shows and in other locations. For Russians, the operator and carriers then had the best conditions for transfers and departures, and Ukrainian could steal several days from vacation through night departures for morning flights, which did not add charm to the last moments of rest.
WAR
Having had enough of the dining room and the room, we wrote a complaint, but it was not possible to send it, because the manager Olga, who deals with guests, immediately approached us and decided to meet halfway. They changed our bracelets and allowed us to eat at the Pegasos Resort restaurant. They also showed them their standard rooms on the ground floor, which turned out to be small and we decided to wait, because in a day or two, they say, they would find something else for us.
The dining room of the Resort was spacious and slightly better. For her, watermelons and melons were already ripe, and then even peaches began to appear. Fictions with chicken meat continued - sometimes they even tried to call it a turkey or a duck, but after talking with employees on the topic “who are you lying with your dish signatures”, they apologized to us. Therefore, the color of a duck can only be bleached with linen to the level of a chicken, but I am silent about the taste. Hamburgers and fries followed us here too, but there was a variety of chicken and vegetables that could be washed down with ayran and returned to the sea. Sweets are the same as in the Club.
Dishes were left unclean and dirty, and tables were not properly cleaned from previous patrons.
On a chair in the dining room, the wife stumbled upon some kind of nail, tore her shorts. The chair was removed, they apologized, and Olga was wearing shorts with sewing-on tapes, but she could not properly give them advice.

Since in a day or two the best (according to our reservation) rooms in the Resort were not found for us, and Olga said that they were simply in the red, so more rooms were sold than they were (here is the management! ), I decided to move our scarga further - claim. Olga immediately showed us more rooms in another Club building, which we rejected because they were too small and overlooked the entertainment area and the stage, so it would be unrealistic for the children to fall asleep during the day or in the evening. Then our condition convinced her to show us two-room suites, in the Club, according to her, they do not sell, but keep for managers.
Two spacious rooms with access to a large terrace and sea views - a chic alternative against the backdrop of what has already been seen. We agreed. It turned out that the air conditioner in one of the rooms broke down almost immediately and the electricity could only return light to us, but not coolness. But at the time, it was only seen as a minor nuisance. Although the rooms were in the same state of death as the whole Pegasos Club.
CONCLUSION
Won't go back there again - despite the good price this year (about $1700 for two adults and two children aged 2-10).
