Enough negative reviews have already been written, I join everyone, because the way it is! We rested from the tour operator San Mar! We took a tour 2.5 months before departure according to the fortune 4 * system! San Mar settled in this hotel, which does not even correspond to 2 * !! ! I have never seen such horror in my 4 visits to this country. Shame on the tour operator! They got money and threw it away!

We arrived at 6 am and arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am. They said wait for 14.00... (we were ready for this, everything was according to the international standard). We managed to get breakfast (it is until 9.00), but... there was nothing special. Eggs, cheese, cucumber, tomato. . . tea. . . and that's it. At the beginning of 10 in the morning. . . the girl from the reception (Camilla, I would call HAMILLA, this name suits her better) gave me the key to the room. . . (block A) middle. . . 4th floor. . . entered the room, everything is dirty , furniture, bedding, balcony, shower room. . . there is mold on the ceiling (photo is attached), the toilet bowl is rusty, the shower does not work. We stayed in this room for 5 minutes... and I go down to the reception and ask... Camilla: "Do you have mold in all the rooms? " She confidently answers me: YES!! ! If you don't like it, wait until 2 pm. . . and return the key. I gave the key... leaving things at the reception... went to get acquainted with the territory.

Around, except for the sale of excursions... and a couple of three mini markets, there is nothing !! ! Village! Walk to the sea for 3 minutes (through the transition). The beach is dirty! Around cigarette butts, seeds, garbage. No one cleaned it up for 13 days)) the sunbeds are broken, there are no more than 30 sunbeds for the whole hotel, the mattresses are torn, there is a bar (soft drinks) tea. At 14.00 we were given the key to the room... in another block (opposite the pool)... on the 1st floor. The room was a little better than the previous one. But the sockets are torn off, the wires stick out, the TV is old, the remote does not work, the shower is dirty, damp, the toilet is rusty. 2 towels for two. (It's a 4* hotel, but how did you want it? ))) An hour later. . . upon request. . . they brought us 2 more face towels. . . and 1 foot towel in the shower room. So these towels were with us the whole holiday. Never changed. At a meeting with the guide. . . from San Mar. . . I expressed my dissatisfaction with what the guide. . . came to the room. . . looked and said, it can be even worse, so live, there will be no other hotel! Turned around and left! On this San Mar we did not meet again!
Food. There is nothing. 3 types of tomatoes (in different cuts), 2 types of cucumbers (in different cuts), 2 types of cabbage, onions (in 3 types), only watermelons from fruits. Soy! Macaroni, soup. No crockery at all!! ! There is nothing to pour soup into! You wait 15-20 minutes for the dishes to be free. Long line for lunch and dinner. The glasses are all plastic, 100 g each. Beer, wine, cola, tea are poured into them... Once there was a case when there was nothing for breakfast: no tea, no coffee, only boiling water !!!!!! ! And so all 13 days... plastic cups.
Bar. . . something is always running out, and wait half an hour. . . (whoever reads the review is probably laughing now, but understands what I mean)))). In general. . . the hotel is disgusting. No view, no service, no maintenance, no cleaning, boorish attitude. Not a foot there, even for free!!!
A special "thank you" to the tour operator San Mar, who settled us there by luck... instead of 4 *... in this garbage dump.
