I support all the reviews about this hotel and none of it. Not recommended for vacation! For a long time they keep at the reception for a long time they do not settle in the rooms. Who comes 1 settle with someone and then people who are completely strangers live for a certain period. At 14.00 we were given the key to the room... in another block (opposite the pool)... on the 1st floor. The room was a little better than the previous one. But the sockets are torn off, the wires stick out, the TV is old, the remote does not work, the shower is dirty, damp, the toilet is rusty. 2 towels for two. So these towels were with us the whole holiday. Never changed. At a meeting with the guide. . . from San Mar. . . For the entire experience of our holiday, I never wrote reviews about hotels, but in this case I cannot remain indifferent, well, let's go.
We rested in this "Hotel" from 21.10. to 27.10. 2018. Let's start with the fact that our family can be called "Experienced Travelers", for 9 years we have been with two children in 16 countries; rested in hotels with different categories: 5 * in Turkey (2017), 4 * - Dominican Republic, Morocco, Egypt and Poland, 3 * - Malta, Cyprus, Tunisia, Germany, Madeira, Lithuania. In Greece, the hotel had no stars at all. All the time they flew from Polish travel agencies, now they flew from the Russian one (the tour was provided by Pegas Touristik).
Sunside looks like it's been bought out at its residual value and is being beaten until it collapses, squeezing it all out while cheap tours are being sold. As for the number of stars, it's probably - "one star" - or it's not a hotel, but a hostel. In a word, simply - horror.
A little about the hotel itself:
The location of the hotel is on the first line from the sea. The hotel also has its own beach, though dirty and by no means sandy - there are a lot of stones, especially at the entrance to the sea; there are sunbeds, but some are broken, there are some greasy mattresses on the sunbeds. There is also a “bar” on the beach - it’s hard to call it a bar: if it’s open, you can take coffee, tea, some soft drinks (there is no alcohol on the beach).
The hotel includes two buildings on five floors, the rooms are shabby, the tiles in the toilet are dirty, the plumbing is dirty, the furniture is in good condition, but very old and dilapidated. Two swimming pools - for adults and children. The water is not heated and not filtered, it does not smell of bleach either - on the third day the pool bloomed.
The TV is old, tube, there is air conditioning - faulty, the remote control is broken. NO Fi-WI, - at the reception it is paid - $ 2 per day - how is it at all? The room was not cleaned for 5 days.
Once the trash was taken out and toilet paper was added.
For service and food. Let's start with the fact that upon arrival at the hotel at the reception, we were met by an unknown friend without identification marks, explained that we need to go to dinner, and then we will be settled. The suitcases were left standing at the reception. It is difficult to call this place a bar, let alone a restaurant, several dishes for dinner (rice, lentils or beans, zucchini, eggplant, sometimes boiled potatoes and boiled egg salad, for hot only one dish per evening - we watched fish, meatballs or meatballs , chicken stomachs or hearts), several trays with the same salad, greens: parsley, arugula, Beijing cabbage. But a lot of watermelons and apples are all from fruits. There are no oranges, tangerines or pomegranates - well, or in a store next door at a price of $ 1 per kg.
Upon arrival at the reception, we were given All-Inclusive bracelets, and again they explained that our room would be ready, after about 30 minutes it was cleaned, all this time we could wait at the bar.
The food of this hotel is by no means "all inclusive", from alcohol - beer, dry white and red wine. There was an impression that the wine is periodically diluted (well, if only with water). Beer periodically runs out, however, as well as wine and coffee. The bartender can leave the bar for 30-40 minutes, so run and look for him. You can ask at the reception and then they will call him and he will return to his workplace. The kitchen is very strange, one gets the impression that they cook from what is left from the previous day, you can find cold pasta with cottage cheese, cold potatoes with some seasonings, fennel and parsley are present in all dishes. The plates are different, apparently old, in the bar drinks are poured into plastic disposable cups.
During the entire stay at the "Sunside Hotel" in the "restaurant" there were no elementary table knives!! ! - it's like a foursome then ? ! On the last day, the bar ran out of alcohol, beer and red wine in the morning (and they didn’t bring it), obviously diluted white wine ended in the evening. The evening buffet, as it should be on an All Inclusive, was that the staff brought out the same dishes to all guests, rice with chicken, salad without dressing, some sweets. There was no alcohol! All inclusive - damn it!!!
The staff does not have a specific form, or even badges, what kind of person walks around the hotel - you won’t understand. There was an impression that only 2 bartenders, a waiter and one unknown worker-handyman work in the hotel, who plows from morning to night everywhere, from cleaning the territory to dispersing water after rain.
In a word, if you want to spoil your vacation, then you are here. I do not recommend you very much. This hotel is a ghetto for Russians.
Tourists of other nations simply will not survive here, so they are not here.

In Greece, the hotel had no stars at all. All the time they flew from Polish travel agencies, now they flew from the Russian one (the tour was provided by Pegas Touristik).
Sunside looks like it's been bought out at its residual value and is being beaten until it collapses, squeezing it all out while cheap tours are being sold. As for the number of stars, it's probably - "one star" - or it's not a hotel, but a hostel. In a word, simply - horror.
A little about the hotel itself:
The location of the hotel is on the first line from the sea. The hotel also has its own beach, though dirty and by no means sandy - there are a lot of stones, especially at the entrance to the sea; there are sunbeds, but some are broken, there are some greasy mattresses on the sunbeds. There is also a “bar” on the beach - it’s hard to call it a bar: if it’s open, you can take coffee, tea, some soft drinks (there is no alcohol on the beach).
The hotel includes two buildings on five floors, the rooms are shabby, the tiles in the toilet are dirty, the plumbing is dirty, the furniture is in good condition, but very old and dilapidated. Two swimming pools - for adults and children. The water is not heated and not filtered, it does not smell of bleach either - on the third day the pool bloomed.
The TV is old, tube, there is air conditioning - faulty, the remote control is broken. NO Fi-WI, - at the reception it is paid - $ 2 per day - how is it at all? The room was not cleaned for 5 days.

For service and food. Let's start with the fact that upon arrival at the hotel at the reception, we were met by an unknown friend without identification marks, explained that we need to go to dinner, and then we will be settled. The suitcases were left standing at the reception. It is difficult to call this place a bar, let alone a restaurant, several dishes for dinner (rice, lentils or beans, zucchini, eggplant, sometimes boiled potatoes and boiled egg salad, for hot only one dish per evening - we watched fish, meatballs or meatballs , chicken stomachs or hearts), several trays with the same salad, greens: parsley, arugula, Beijing cabbage. But a lot of watermelons and apples are all from fruits. There are no oranges, tangerines or pomegranates - well, or in a store next door at a price of $ 1 per kg.
Upon arrival at the reception, we were given All-Inclusive bracelets, and again they explained that our room would be ready, after about 30 minutes it was cleaned, all this time we could wait at the bar.
The food of this hotel is by no means "all inclusive", from alcohol - beer, dry white and red wine. There was an impression that the wine is periodically diluted (well, if only with water). Beer periodically runs out, however, as well as wine and coffee. The bartender can leave the bar for 30-40 minutes, so run and look for him. You can ask at the reception and then they will call him and he will return to his workplace. The kitchen is very strange, one gets the impression that they cook from what is left from the previous day, you can find cold pasta with cottage cheese, cold potatoes with some seasonings, fennel and parsley are present in all dishes. The plates are different, apparently old, in the bar drinks are poured into plastic disposable cups.
During the entire stay at the "Sunside Hotel" in the "restaurant" there were no elementary table knives!! ! - it's like a foursome then ? ! On the last day, the bar ran out of alcohol, beer and red wine in the morning (and they didn’t bring it), obviously diluted white wine ended in the evening. The evening buffet, as it should be on an All Inclusive, was that the staff brought out the same dishes to all guests, rice with chicken, salad without dressing, some sweets. There was no alcohol! All inclusive - damn it!!!
The staff does not have a specific form, or even badges, what kind of person walks around the hotel - you won’t understand. There was an impression that only 2 bartenders, a waiter and one unknown worker-handyman work in the hotel, who plows from morning to night everywhere, from cleaning the territory to dispersing water after rain.
In a word, if you want to spoil your vacation, then you are here. I do not recommend you very much. This hotel is a ghetto for Russians.
Tourists of other nations simply will not survive here, so they are not here.

What's the difference how many stars the hotel has, you people often look at the real stars in the sky. I was not hungry, the room was good, our hostel in Turkey - and even fed)) The sea is warm and the weather was good during this period of time. There is no gym at all, so let the site remove the rocking chair from the list of services. In general, I am satisfied, do not take excursions from the hotel guide, 10-15 dollars more expensive. Travel by bus 50 to Alanya costs 1 dollar. The hotel is not recommended for families. I gave 31 thousand for a ticket, from October 20 for a week it will cost about 22 thousand, but the weather is not the same: rains, winds. Travel gentlemen - yes rest. . . There is wi-fi, but I didn't use it. I had a foreign tariff for 320 rubles per day, expensive, but you can use the Internet throughout Turkey up to 500 mb per day.
