The problems started with the settlement. We arrived around 11:30. They tried to persuade us to a room with a sea view for $ 7 per day, which we didn’t need at all. They didn't check in early for an extra charge. The first room they gave us (me + husband) was disgusting
Dirty carpet, dirty torn tulle, linen on the beds (I note that they gave a room with separate beds, and this is for a married couple !!! ) with stains, the doors to the balcony barely work, unwashed from the word at all. Plus, repairs and furniture a la the Soviet Union, my age is the same (and I'm already 30). Changed to a new one with difficulty. But the new one is terrible. They gave me a room with a double bed plus a single bed. On the double there is only one sheet for sleeping and that one is single. Okay, removed from the single bed. The bathroom is all tattered, with grey-red stains. Mold on the ceiling, tiles on the walls were washed that way last year. Carpet stained. The lighting is such that in the evening you can’t read a book before going to bed, because I only illuminate the rooms with two dim wall lamps. The room is cleaned badly. Towels are changed reluctantly and only if forced. The chairs and the table on the balcony are plastic, they have been washed at all since the moment of purchase. The door to the toilet closes in such a way that you can’t open it from the inside later, you need to make a lot of effort. And most importantly: water in the shower! Due to improper wiring of plumbing, it is not normal to set it up. The water in the shower lives its own life, it is impossible to wash normally for the second day. Either cold or boiling water flows, with which I have already burned myself more than once. I have thick hair below my shoulders. They must be washed after the sea and the pool. With such water, it is impossible. Either burned or icy. After complaints, the bathtub was washed with chemistry, but it still looks the same.
There is a sandy beach on the tophotels site, in fact it is not even sandy and pebbly, volcanic plates are located on the border of the sea-pebbles, it is not normal to enter the sea. There is a small entry into the sea and a place like a "paddling pool" between these plates for swimming.
The safe is very small. We arrived with remote work on a laptop. For a while, while we are not in the room, the laptop cannot be put in the safe. A thing is safe only when it is in a safe. The laptop is a great value, all the work is in it, and leaving it on the bed is not an option at all.
The food is monotonous, there is little meat, practically no fruit, no seafood at all.
