Of the pluses - accommodation, territory, beach (for an amateur), but we liked the pool, the view from the window, proximity to the city. The biggest downside is greed!! ! Kitchen - if you serve meat / fish, then you won’t eat enough (they impose in portions), poor paid Internet, and even on one device, that is, you pay $ 2, but you can connect (if you’re lucky) one phone and only in the lobby, even broken ones billiard tables - and those are paid. But something like that... The most terrible moment is the condition of the rooms, namely the non-compliance with technical safety, as a result of which I was injured.
And the following happened - the washbasin fell on me! How? It was simply glued to the base itself and under its own weight fell to my feet. After the injury, they immediately turned to the reception desk, but they did not provide me with first aid. After about 15 minutes, an employee came with two adhesive plasters and unsuccessfully tried to attach them to the blood fountain. But he quickly took the washbasin himself and went home without even leaving us an elementary bandage. We turned to honey. an institution where they have already provided adequate assistance (by the way, the insurance worked perfectly).
The next day, we were nevertheless moved to another room, but we did not wait for an apology, as well as an offer to compensate for the damage. Now the hotel guide from Pegasus (as we introduced ourselves - both a friend, and a brother, and a matchmaker) defended the interests of the hotel, and not ours. We ourselves demanded that we reimburse at least the insurance deductible and buy medicines and dressings at the pharmacy until the end of the holiday, since the injury turned out to be quite serious, to which the hotel administration, after conferring, agreed. Guide Tanya from Pegasus was worried only about the receipt that we have no claims against the hotel and even considered our requirements too high.
