Clean, well-groomed territory, the restaurant staff is trying very hard, well done. People, dear tourists, be more friendly with the staff! I was surprised that many tourists went to the restaurant and did not say hello, passing by the staff! Approaching for a kebab, they just pushed the plate forward and did not say "thank you" even in Russian! The Turks are very sociable and friendly, but it's so easy to leave a good impression of yourself with elementary politeness.
Cleaning at the hotel is not very good, only once during the stay. Animation - well, the children were happy. We were very pleased with the spa. My husband and I did a massage course (masseurs Mehmet, Anara) - I highly recommend it. Great hammam. Hello Alla - the lovely hostess of the spa.
In general, without nit-picking, on a positive wave - they were satisfied with the rest.
