Rested in June, 3 adults and a child of 4 years. we arrived at night, settled immediately, because. Mom had an anniversary the next day, the hotel made a gift - they gave a room instead of a two-level standard. The hotel is new, beautiful, all the furniture and appliances are new. BUT!! ! serving 0!! ! cleaning was done only after a call to the reception, washing was not set, linen was not changed.
Meals: this is a separate issue altogether.... This was my first hotel where I SMELLED IT before putting food on my plate!!! ! lettuces are sour, tomatoes have been lying for a week, probably. POWDER MASHED POTATO!! ! if dinner is at 7pm, be kind enough to come at 7pm otherwise you will be left with leftovers or nothing!! ! every day there was an evening (sometimes afternoon) grill. kebabs gave 2 pieces in one plate. not more!! ! want more? go to the end of the line!! ! once for lunch, they fried mackerel on the grill. I can't give this to a child. I went into the hall for meat for a child, but there is NO meat !! ! none at all. except for their fried sausage patties. Another thing that just killed me in this hotel is the powdered sweets. this was my first hotel where they served 20 syrup cookies and 20 baklava for dinner. all!! ! did not have time, eat a sponge cake from powder with cream from powder!
You can still write a separate topic about ice cream! We stood in line for ice cream for exactly an hour! The queue is incredible! there is no cleaning around the pool. all around water on the floor. the cover is very slippery. many people went down the slides with flip flops in their hands!
