I have never written about holidays in reviews, but this time I want to warn people - cancel your reservation to this particular hotel and look for something else, and if you are looking for it, don't even consider this squalor. I rested there with my wife from July 15 to July 23.2021. Came with Tour Operator TUE. We have been in Turkey more than 10 times, so there is something to compare with.
At the reception, the boy immediately asked for 30 bucks for a room with a sea view. I just gave it without bargaining, for which I got a room on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the sea, mountains and the city. This is the only thing that was great about this room. The hotel is positioning itself after a complete renovation in 2021. Yes, they did a renovation, however they forgot to clean the rooms after the renovation. Chandeliers, cornices are all stained with whitewash, no one thought to clean the floor after whitewashing. Entering the room and seeing complete dirt everywhere, I went down and asked to clean the room, to which I was asked to move to a "better room" on the 2nd floor. We moved our things to another room, it had a direct view of the sea. since we were tired from the move, we saw clean floors and decided to stay.
In the end, we didn't guess. After dinner and swimming in the pool, when I came to my room, I took out water from the refrigerator (which had stood there for more than 2 hours) and was surprised that it warmed up there. Split stood at 16 degrees - but due to the lack of freon drove the air 30 degrees of heat. At night, the noise from the road, which is located 15 meters from the balcony, pleased us, and at 5 in the morning we were eventually finished off by the call of the faithful to the morning prayer from the mosque (150 meters from the hotel). At the same time, with my 100 kg of weight, I simply could not squeeze into the shower stall. In the morning we moved to the room that we were originally offered, spitting on the dirt, since it somehow remained assigned to us in the hotel's computer database. We were lucky, there was air conditioning and a refrigerator cooled some drinks. The room was still cleaned for us on the 3rd day, after the intervention of a representative of the tour operator. It was 1 time for 9 days and 8 nights.

The food is very scarce and poor. I don’t want to write that he wasn’t there at all, no one sat hungry. From meat products - there was only chicken, once a day for dinner.
For breakfast, you could take boiled eggs, a bun or a bagel (if you had time), yogurt, 4-6 types of cheese, chopped sausage (I think soy), baked and fresh vegetables.
For lunch, mashed soup, soy cutlets, delicious salads of baked eggplant, zucchini, 2 types of side dishes, fresh vegetables, herbs, salads and always fish (it was always very disgusting and bony like local sardines, once there was something like river trout - very tasty). Wonderful fruits are watermelons, melon, apples and plums.
For dinner, all visitors to the hotel rushed with joy to eat MEAT - or rather chicken. They cooked it deliciously. Once they gave chicken stomachs mixed in mashed potatoes - it was delicious. The rest was saved by vegetables and fruits.
For dessert, they gave 2 types of cake (if I had time), cakes and something like jelly. Due to the lack of Turkish baklava, cakes from the people left with a bang. It was just a delicious, juicy biscuit.
Everything you could eat was delicious. The chefs apparently tried very hard, but the lack of food affected the quality and variety of food for the worse.
THE DRINKS. Probably this hotel will remain in the memory of all visitors due to the constant lack of anything in the bars.
On the day of arrival at the bar (he was alone in the hotel near the pool) there was vodka, gin (ended on day 2), beer and wine. The wine is as always very dry and very sour, vodka and gin are warm. There is no ice in the bar. There was almost always beer (once in the evening at 7 o'clock, it also ended). Whiskey one of the bartenders (similar to the genie from Aladdin) somehow, apparently by the breadth of his soul, poured me 3 times in 8 days from somewhere below with the words that this is the last and it is no more. The second bartender asked me when there would be whiskey - he answered that next season. Only beer and wine were served in the dining room. There is no hard alcohol in the cafeteria.
There is a bar on the beach, but it is very paid. Free of charge on the beach you can draw water from the cooler, coffee from the machine and cold drinks of 4 types and dry mixes (such as (UPI, INVITE, etc. ) with a very unpleasant chemical smell and taste.
The bar in the hotel should work until 23.00 according to the schedule, in fact the bartender closed and left when it was convenient for him at 21.00, 22.00 in general at any time.
I would like to point out the good points
Zafir was an outlet in the hotel and a person who could offer something, occupy people, set them in an optimistic mood. Many thanks to the guy, he did not let me get bored. Only in a nightclub we went with him 3 times in a clean 7 days. He organized free traffic to the Millionaire club.
Great staff at the spa. Many thanks to Oksana for her hospitality. Excellent massage therapists work in the spa. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. These are the only people who conscientiously treat their duties.
The amazing gentle and clean sea, air, clean sandy beach, wonderful views from the balcony at any time of the day and a liter Jack Daniels bought at Antalya Airport Duty Free made us turn a blind eye to all the shortcomings of this impossibly wretched hotel and the administration’s complete disrespect for its visitors.

I'll start with the fact that the hotel has its own rules for check-in - check-out is 12 o'clock in the afternoon. We waited for 3 hours before moving in, and when we were evicted we were asked to leave the room 5 hours earlier than the bus arrived, although the day of payment was complete. I had to pay $ 10 at the reception.

There is no entertainment at the hotel. Just suitable for the night. In principle, we did not have fun, we were with a child of 2 years. But young people there have nothing to do.
The furniture in the rooms is old, but everything worked, the windows are not plastic and near the track, be prepared for noisy nights.
Food is normal, but monotonous, eaten in a few days. Drinking is also normal and without restrictions. I do not know why, but there are some grandmothers and grandchildren, and several parents with young children, mostly preschoolers.
Probably the only beautiful hotel is the beach. Clean, sand, sunbeds were enough.
But you need to get to it through the overpass, you pump your legs exactly.

Upon arrival at the hotel no one meets. Not all electrical appliances work in the room: air conditioning, TV, burnt out light bulbs. Changing the room after 18.00 is a problem, there is no information about which rooms are available. Meals without fish and meat, spoiled tomatoes can be served, and at the same time, in a bar, a restaurant, no one can answer you in Russian.

billiards. There is a Turkish bath, a jacuzzi, but there are no attendants. The only one was a massage and a sauna, but the hotel management terminated the contract with them. All that remains is to swim and sunbathe.

Rested in Palmera from 3 to 10 July 2013. I advise! For a hotel of this class, everything is quite decent. A few words about the tour operator - AnexTour, well done! Everything is well organized and interesting. We flew from Luhansk to Antalya. We drove for about two hours in a clean, well-groomed bus with air conditioning and wonderful guides.

They talked about Turkey, the rules of conduct, gave good advice and just joked a lot. We brought our bags to the reception and handed over to the administrator. Nobody asked for a tip. Again, without any tip, we were given a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the sea from the loggia. (Then we still gave the administrator $ 6 to clear our own conscience) The first two nights were disturbed by the noise of the road under the windows. Then they got used to it. If you close the windows and sleep with air conditioning - then no noise. There are no frills in the room, but everything is decent. Toilet with washbasin, sitz bath and shower, three towels, toilet paper, soap, hair dryer. In the hallway there is a huge closet, there are hangers, a safe (for a fee - 2 dollars). The furniture is not the latest model, but everything is whole. Beds are spacious with modern mattresses. Bed linen is white. For 8 days they changed once, but on demand they will change at any time. (with the words no problem) The same with towels. Not all of us at home change our bedding every day, so if you decide that for that kind of money everyone should run around you and indulge every desire - sink to the ground and live easier! Hot and cold water around the clock. The air conditioner is working. The TV and air conditioner remotes were left at check in and no advance payment was taken. When checking out, we just gave them to the reception. The TV is really small with an ORT channel, but to be honest, there was no time to watch it. The loggia is spacious, two plastic chairs and a table. The view from the window is a sea tale. About the staff: - everyone is very clean, always in white shirts, friendly, smiling, there is no division into "Russians" and "non-Russians". Smile warmly, say hello and in return you will receive a lot of positive. They are very fond of and willingly respond to the offer to be photographed with them. Everyone is treated equally well. Any issue is resolved immediately. Cleanliness: no complaints. Everywhere is clean and DOES NOT STINK! (If the vacationers themselves didn’t crap - after all, you don’t eat tomatoes in the hall on the carpet at home! ) The rooms, upon request, are cleaned daily, regardless of whether you left a dollar or not. But, by the way, tips in Turkey (and not only) are ACCEPTED not only in hotels. In city buses, shops, etc. , there are special boxes with the inscription "for tips. " So, if you don't mind, then you can leave the maid 1 dollar from the heart. Turkish women rub glass all day long (all doors and windows are sliding glass), the mirrors shine. The elevator is large, modern and very beautiful. Huge dining room with sliding window frames. From the windows there is a wonderful view of the sea and flowering trees. The cicadas sing. Spacious outdoor area with tables and umbrellas near the bar. Two types of wine (dry), vodka, Tuborg beer from kegs. The bartender makes alcoholic and non-alcoholic puff cocktails. Drinks of several kinds, teas, coffee - everything is free. Water from the cooler is cold without restrictions. The bar in the dining room and near the pools is alcoholic, and on the beach only drinks and water. Children's pool, two adults one with a water slide. When vacationers gather, they turn on the slide - ride to your health. There are enough sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas and tables near the pools. The hotel has a wonderful Turkish bath, jacuzzi, gym. Everything is free. There are massage services at reasonable prices. By the way, in the city, the hammam bath (you will be offered an excursion for an additional fee) turned out to be worse, it is designed for a large flow of tourists and you are paid less attention individually. In the bathhouse of the hotel, you will be given the same procedures with smearing, masks and other things, and an awesome massage. Meals: even if you, preparing for your vacation, have not eaten since the New Year and, having bought a ticket, decided to eat for the entire period remaining until the New Year, you will not be hungry. Food NORMAL! All hot dishes boil before your eyes. Cutlets, fish, pancakes (wonderful pancakes are baked every morning), scrambled eggs - everything is fried on the stove in front of your eyes - so to speak, piping hot. There are no soups and borschts familiar to us - they have them in a pureed form. But we took and ate. Pretty passable. An abundance of vegetables from raw to baked, salads, several types of cottage cheese from traditional to mixed with all sorts of spices, sliced u200bu200b2-3 cheeses, boiled sausages (varenka like boiled boiled like ours), several types of beans and olives, butter, petal jam roses, strawberry and honey, several types of muesli, milk, tea. Tangerines, oranges all the time, watermelons for dinner. For lunch and afternoon tea, a wonderful abundance of confectionery pastries. Try it and choose what you like best! For meat-eaters: take lard, dry-cured sausages with you for the rest. I also advise you to take all sorts of things for beer - dried fish, etc. This is not here. And don't get hung up on the little things! We came to rest - relax, and do not pretend to be a sheikh from Katsapetovka! About the sea and the beach. The beach is private, beautiful sand. Everything on the beach is free. Sunbeds, mattresses, umbrellas enough for everyone. 100m of beach at your disposal. No one sits on anyone's head. The sea is a fairy tale! Turquoise, unusually warm. The bottom is sandy. There are a couple of places where small stones protrude, but literally on the first day you will learn how to go into the sea bypassing them. There is a volleyball court and a bar. The bartender entertains you with Soviet pop music. The beach is cleaned several times a day, but it's a shame for us vacationers - they themselves and serut (sorry) under their feet. Smoked - a cigarette butt in the sand! Pepsi opened - cork buried! But there is a trash can! There is nothing but cigarette butts and traffic jams! And it's pretty hard to clean them up. They are raked out with rakes, but you need to bend over for each cigarette butt. They still try to keep it clean. Entertainment is not enough - the animator Nastya does not do her job properly. Exotic DJ Jimmy is a little quicker. But young people go to discos in the city - 10 minutes. and have fun - from the Lunapark for children to chic discos. Bus 101 runs to the city center, but you can also walk to it. The town of Alanya is beautiful and flourishing. Excursions that will be offered to you at the hotel are much more expensive than they can be bought in the city at the travel agency. And do not listen to intimidation that you will be taken somewhere! They are working for their own benefit. Nobody grabs you by the hand. And, if you do not give a reason, there will be no encroachment on your personality! A tour of the castle is three times cheaper if you buy it from the city bureau, and not from the agent at the hotel. But you can’t buy a flight excursion to Israel anywhere, only from your operator in the hotel. Offer for 280 dollars, but you can bargain up to 250-240! By the way, I recommend it. Keep within a day - and you will see all the holy places of Israel and Palestine, visit the Dead Sea! In conclusion: I recommend the Palmera hotel - inexpensive, but quite decent! And the sea is better than in Antalya. I am attaching a photo. Thanks! Have a nice holiday!

My wife did not like Turkey right away - it is dirty (but this is typical for all Arab countries). Well, at first the hotel seemed nothing. The food is normal, the alcohol is filthy (except for beer). But it was possible to collect water with you in a bottle in the room (we did not buy water in the city). In the room, towels and bedding were not changed even once for a week, on the second day they complained that there was no cold water in the shower, so the fitter came and forcibly opened the twisted cold water tap and said that everything was working (then we always opened this tap with force, so that rinse).

Soap was brought to us on the 5th day, and then when we asked for it.
Outcome. 3 star food. Plumbing is crap. The beach is sandy, pebbly and rocky in the water, plus household garbage.
Advice. In the hotel Excursion Pamukkale $75 (with lunch), in the city $50 (without lunch). The hotel hammam (Turkish bath) $ 30, in the city (300-500m) 10 euros. We went to the fortress by bus for $ 10, and in a hotel with shops $ 40, without -55 $.
Therefore, you decide where to leave your money.

I don’t wish anyone to rest in this hotel. When we arrived, we ourselves were in shock, but there was nowhere to go, we had to find good sides from all this. It’s good that there is a sea, Alanya, in the evening we went to the center of Alanya, shopping and just walking, because that there is nothing to do in the hotel.

Good afternoon everyone! I want to note that the hotel is very good for 3 *! Of course, for such a price, you will not be served lamb, beef and pork on a plate! The food is quite varied. The beach is good, although the bottom is rocky. There is no animation, but I didn't need it. It's great that there were two pools with a slide.

I did not pay attention to cleaning - everything was clean for me)). Everything worked well in the room, although there was not always hot water - but it's not scary)) I especially want to emphasize the hotel staff!! ! Very cheerful, funny, friendly, especially the restaurant staff. There were a lot of funny moments with them))) I don’t pay attention to the minuses at all. Unless the glasses in the restaurant were sometimes dirty, but these are trifles)) And the hotel is very good, I didn’t want to leave! So folks, don't expect too much from hotels, especially 3* hotels. You have come to rest, and not to look for flaws and trifles. Have a good holiday everyone!

And I want to ask the owner of the hotel how cynical and corrupt you have to be in order to disgrace your country in such a way, passing off your barn and its so-called services as a hotel. People don't fall for this scam
